Well, the day is upon us… Hallowe’en aka All Hallow’s Eve. I am so happy people took the Celtic festivity and it metamorphosed into the event it is today. While I’m aware that America seems to take this to excess (we like to Super Size things lol), I’m glad we do because it includes The Simpsons TOH episodes.

Hopefully most of you in both Android and Apple markets have got the mini update loaded to your phone by now (my Android phone went all sorts of crazy and jumped back to 1 then spun through all the updates a million miles an hour til it was complete. Lol). This should be in preparation for the “free treat” EA has planned as yet another gift for the Halloween Event. There was much speculation and many items that could possibly be gifted to us. Being the cruel and mischievous Bunny that I am, I will not spoil this one. Just make sure you log into your game tomorrow to get your treat as it will ONLY be available on 10/31/2013 (U.S.A).

Hey Howdy Hey Addicts!
One of the decorations we’ve unlocked as a community GOO Collecting is the First Church of Lard Lad (no crazy orange robes or turbans, just jelly-filled underwear!) At 5 billion GOO this was the first item we unlocked as a community. What I want to know is where you put it and what you’ve done with it?

With time running out on the Halloween event (ends Nov. 7th!) I figured now would be a good time to take a look at how all of the new additions from Halloween impact your Conform-O-Meter rating.
The Conform-O-Meter is an important part of Tapped-Out because it provides you with a bonus boost in your cash and XP from everything you collect in the game. When you achieve a 5-Star Town (it’s max rating) you will receive a 5% bonus on all money and XP collected in your town. If you missed the previous Conform-O-Meter posts check here for the basics and here for how many points you’ll need to reach 5 stars.
While the Halloween event brought no changes to the Conform-O-Meter requirements, level 36 did though, it did bring us a ton of new items to add to our Springfield. Let’s take a look at how all of the new “goodies” impact our rating:
