Making progress on your Personal Prize Collecting? Are you staying on track with Bunny’s Counter? Or are you speeding right along?
It’s time to take another look at the Personal Prize Collection and the last two prizes (9 and 10), the Plow King’s Plow & Costington’s. Let’s take a look at how these two additions enter our world of TSTO…..

First up the 9th Prize, the Plow King’s Plow:
At 26,000 Gift Cards collected we unlock the only vehicle in the Personal Prize Collection, the Plow King’s Snow Plow! Looks like Barney means business when he wants to take out Mr. Plow!
There are no character interactions with the plow and of course, like all cars in TSTO, this one cannot be placed on the road. However, there are some really cool snow plow placements you can do in your Springfield. Just check out this great placement of the snow plow “in action” by my neighboreeno DarrenH:
The 10th (And final) Prize, Costington’s and Mr. Costington:
At 30,000 Gift Cards collected Springfield gets a new villain and his name is Mr. Costington…and he’s out to ruin Christmas! On the plus side he does come with Costington’s, which will boost your Consumerism rating +10 points! (24 hour build)
After you’ve built Costington’s, Mr. Costington will unlock in the game….along with his 5 part questline (more on that in a future post). Once Mr. Costington is unlocked the ! bubble should appear over him. Once tapped on you’ll start the questline.
In addition to the questline Mr. Costington also comes with a complete set of tasks, which makes him a good addition to TSTO (better than a Christmas Raccoon at least!)

I’m at 24k gift cards, really slowed down last 3 days with few gift card quests for most characters. Anyways, now it shows that I’ve unlocked Plow King’s Plow and Costington, despite only having 24k gift cards? Both were in my inventory. I placed Plow only to have game freeze. Now still shows I have 24k gift cards, all 10 items, but no Plow or Costingtons in my inventory, and the Plow is gone from my city that I had placed prior to the freeze.

I’m now at over 30k gift cards, tried all your trouble shoots and still no 9th or 10th item. I see this is a common unresolved problem on EA Forums. Can you please provide a link at which I can send in my complaint too (though haven’t heard of anyone having this problem resolved). Thanks!
Myself…I still contact them, in case there is compensation involved for my troubles. It also helps them to narrow down market/devices effected and know better where to create the patches. A few steps to contact are listed in my post below.
