Happy 4th of July From the Addicts!

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Today is America’s Birthday! Being that the Addicts crew are almost all located in the US we’re taking the day to spend time with our families and friends to celebrate the day America announced it’s Independence. So we really won’t be around much today, as we’re taking a much needed day to recover, relax and celebrate with our families!

Hope you all have an amazing 4th! (whether you’re celebrating Independence Day or just celebrating Monday. Sometimes we just need to have great days!)

Friday Filler – The Value of Dead Presidents in TSTO

I am writing this early again, because I am going to be on a plane, or will have just gotten off of a plane, or am sleeping off the final stages of my trip back East to see grandson Jake, with a little side trip to see Alissa, Sam and Riley.

For me, the 4th of July celebration this year was special, in that we didn’t celebrate it. It wasn’t a political statement, it was a choice of staying a couple of extra days and spending almost another $800 on airfare, or flying on the 4th, when everyone else is celebrating and airfares are cheap.

Flying is always a literal pain these days…less leg room, no free food (water and a cookie), and the knowledge that any connection could turn into a nightmare of cancelled flights can turn a short trip into a nightmare, (which has the vibe of current headlines for some people trying to become Americans).

But, it is a great chance to reflect…and take stock of the Presidents we have in TSTO…even if they are all dead, and just retreads from past events.

Game of Games Week 4 Is Live!

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

It’s officially 10am here on the East Coast, and that means Game of Games Week 4 is Live! It’s time to start the final week of this multi-event!

Things kick off for week 4 with some dialogue between Homer and Marge…

Homer: Marge! I did it, I got E4 passes for the kids.
Marge: Oh, Homie. The kids found passes without you and are already at the convention.
Homer: Bart doesn’t need my help? I only hope that’s true when he’s old enough to need to be bailed out of jail.

This is followed by a 6s tasks for Homer and Marge. Once completed you’ll trigger the week 4 questline, which will take you through unlocking all of the week 4 prizes, Fourscore and a Halfmonth.
