Donut Price: 140 Donuts
Dimensions: 10×12
Payout: $150 & 17XP every 5hours
Return on Investment: $1.07 & 0.121XP/Donut Spent
Pros:
-Comes with Sideshow Mel, a premium character with his own task line.
-Comes with a quest line for Sideshow Mel
-Not a bad return on donut investment
-Sideshow Mel has tasks in both Springfield and Krustyland
-Adds 10 points to your Obedience Rating
Cons:
-Only Sideshow Mel uses the studios
-You’ll need to purchase the cannon for an additional 20 donuts in order for all of Sideshow Mel’s task to be unlocked.
-It’s a large building, and can be difficult to place.
Final: Although it’s a little expensive, I personally think it’s worth the investment. You unlock a whole new character for the game and can generate income that much faster.

Now this entry can be updated with the addition of level 43, Princess Penelope also uses the building (to record the Princess Song). Another ‘con’ might be that it doesn’t animate. At least I didn’t catch it if it does (I only recently added it to my Springfield).
