I just purchased him and all of his quest lines so far haven’t had any dialogue with it. Is this normal?

I just got Frink’s Lab for free. I got Homer Budda in this week’s Mystery box and when I tapped on him I got Frink’s Lab. How cool is that?
hi there! I bought frink and his lab with the donuts i saved and won during this event and now i have a question… it says he comes with a questline, but i didnt have any dialogue starting when i bought him, only a task. is that normal? 🙂

I’m trying to remember who starts off the questline. It may be in limbo due to the event, but it should start one.
The usual ones that start them are Homer, Lisa, and Bart
