Level 34 is here and with it comes a new premium decoration, Robby The Automaton! Yesterday, Wookiee told us who Robby is and now I’m sure you’re asking “Should I Spend Donuts On This?” Well before you hit that confirm button, let’s break down Robby and see if this fella is worth your donuts:
Decoration: Robby The Automaton
Donut Price: 40 donuts
Unique?: Yes
Bonus: 2%
Bonus % Per Donut Spent: 0.05%
Conform-o-Meter Points: Vanity +10
Where Can I Place It?: Robby The Automaton is another one of the few decorations that can be placed anywhere in your Springfield…well almost. Robby can go on your land, on the beach and even on the Squidport Boardwalk (which is where mine currently is sitting!).
Final Thought:
At 40 donuts Robby isn’t a bad deal. While Robby will cost you the same amount of donuts as the Police Car, Tire Fire, Burns Limo, & Left-Handed Roadster (and award you the same bonus percentage too), he offers you so much more than those other decorations combined. Robby is voiced, 1 phrase (“crush, kill, destroy!”) and he provides some animation when tapped unlike other premium decorations. In my opinion, if you’re going with premium decorations Robby is the way to go! His voice and animation alone are worth the donuts–especially when you compare him to more expensive premium decorations, Springfield Sign I’m looking at you!

What’s the deal with Robby the Automation? When was that character released? I always check the character section to see if I’m current with all the character sets. I now see this character and don’t know how to get it? I see it costs 40 donuts. Is this something I missed?

I was wondering how or when it will be offered? I’m positive I didn’t miss it. I could be wrong.
It’s a permanent in game addition, came with level 34 or 35, can’t remember which one at the moment
I was wrong. It’s the Rosie from the Jetson looking character that’s listed with the 3 funzos under the category robots in the character listings in the game.
Sorry. I was wrong. I said the wrong character’s name. It’s the Rosie from the Jetsons looking robot that’s listed under robots in the character section of the game. It’s listed with the 3 funzos.
That hits with Act 3…you’ve got to play the questline.
