THANK YOU!!!

Today marks the 1 month anniversary of when TSTOAddicts.com was officially launched!  And honestly we’re stoked about it!  We may not be the biggest TSTO blog out there, or as popular as (insert derogatory TSTO taken-over hack site here), but we absolutely love what we do and really appreciate all of our readers!  So, the authors of Addicts just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to our wonderful readers and to let you all know how much we appreciate all the comments we have received so far!

Hey hidey ho Tapperinos!

Recently, one of our authors (the amazingly talented Bunny) got some props from another WordPress blogger. This blog is the Dead Homer Society and very kindly listed one of Bunny’s posts as Smooth Charlie’s link of the week.

This blog is really cool and I personally really enjoyed another blog that was on his list. 20 mind-blowing facts that you never knew about The Simpsons by Alex Leadbeater.

Listed amongst these 20 facts was the shocking (at least to me) number of special guests that have been on The Simpsons (over 600!!!). With this in mind, this Wookiee seriously hopes this means that The Simpsons Tapped Out has a long future of content update to keep this furry addict and all his fellow co-dependents taping away.

Well fellow tapperinos, thanks again for the comments and hopefully this site does it’s small part to keep you entertained. Please keep ‘on commenting away! Much love from the Wookie!

Wow. I can’t believe how much time has passed since I was asked to join this amazing crew. So many people to thank, I don’t know where to start. I guess I should begin by thanking Philip S. He saw my work on another blog site and kept requesting more. Asking me to push myself to create designs he would like to see.

Next up, Mike S. for making a Flikr site for me to post all of my work on. Without it, I don’t think my work would’ve been noticed any further than the handful of neighbors that visited me. I also would like to thank him for directing me to an amazing social site tapped-out.co.uk.  I have met so many more amazing people there and was able to really enjoy creating my 2D again. So many great minds to bounce my ideas off of and be inspired by. I also quickly found that on that same social site were other admirers of my 2D art, like Alissa.

Now for the Readers… I really enjoy your comments. It lets me know whether I am doing ok or just being a royal pain in the…being a nuisance. I enjoy helping you anyway I can. I struggled at the start of this game and were it not for the help of others, I would’ve stopped playing just as I started. To the writers of this blog, Alissa, Nick and Mark… I was really excited to find out you wanted me to write for Addicts. Made me feel proud and humbled all the same. I was more than happy to accept. I have had much enjoyment publishing my crazy thoughts and ideas here. Not to mention the support behind the scenes.

Last but in no way what-so-ever least…Wookiee. This grumpy, furry, happy, and amazing fuzzball has been a great partner in crime to me. We have worked together very well on making and creating 2D work and bouncing ideas back and forth. He was just an admirer of my art on Flikr, but craved more. More art, more knowledge, more instructions, and so on. We are of similar tastes, and more times than I want to admit, on EXACTLY the same wave length when it comes to ideas. If it wasn’t for him pushing me to put myself out there more, I think I would’ve just been a simple bystander watching others excel.

So from this Bunny to EVERYONE ELSE…THANK YOU!!!

We seriously can’t thank our readers enough!  You guys are the best!  We started this blog for true fans of TSTO and the Simpsons in general.  Our goal was to create a site where Tappers could get the info they needed to move forward in the game, but also have a great time in the process.  It’s been a blast for us to write, and honestly we have so much fun I think we’d still be writing even if we only had 2 readers!  Hopefully our humor and antics have helped you play Tapped Out, and kept you laughing even when you weren’t playing!

To Wookiee, Bunny & Nick…we tell you guys this all the time but we couldn’t do it without you!  We truly are one great big dysfunctional Addicts family, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

We’d also like to take a moment and thank our affiliates!  TSTOGame.com, our very first official affiliate!  Thank you for the kind words and cross posts!  Hope we can continue to work together in the future!  TSTOTopix.com, thank you for the cross posts and kind words!  We appreciate your support!  Tapped-Out.co.uk, a great site for TSTO Addicts to socialize with each other!  Without it this blog may not exist!  If you’re not a member there you really should check it out!  Great site and a great community!
