Now now…simmer down. I know that with any addiction it is truly difficult to go too long without your fix. With EA at the controls, it’s outta our hands. 🙁
This just popped up a little bit ago on my game…
The next thing that happens if you enter your email is this screen…
Now at this point most may assume all is lost and the only way back in the game is to make a new account. DO NOT!!! At this point just back out of your game and leave it alone.
The cause of this issue is NOT you. It is most likely just the servers down at EA…or a mandatory system update on their end. It is now just a waiting game.

However, just because they’re back online again, doesn’t mean the fix has reached you.
As hard as it is for us Addicts to not get that fix…it is best to just wait and try in about an hour to log back in. This may carry on for a bit depending on issue at EA causing it. Nothing can really be done at this point. Don’t continually keep trying to log in, otherwise we are just bogging down their systems and only delaying the process.
So grab your towel…and DON’T PANIC!! Every little things gonna be all right.

UPDATE: Many Android users are still unable to access their accounts. I know how frustrating this is due to I am one of them myself. As hard as it is, hang in there. If possible, borrow an iPod or other ios product from a friend. I was able to still access my account on that system. Uninstall/reinstall does nothing (trust me I tried). You’re always welcome to contact EA too on the issue. I’m sure they’re fully aware though.
What to do in meantime? For me, I like to brainstorm new ideas for 2D. If you want to as well, or even start doodling for our Halloween Contest…feel free to use the grids below to maybe draw out a test run on them.
…or you could always go back to the real world…but who wants to do that ?? Lol
My droid version is having a problem that seems a bit different–I was logged out and tried to log back in, can’t remember password, so tried to reset. EA website for reset doesn’t recognize my email address! I know this is the one I use (and confirmed in the login screen.)
Now what do I do??!
My simosons tapped out wont let me log into facebook so I can have more friends. And dont no what to do ??

Just put up a post. Dont panic. You didnt lose anything. Origin is down. No one can really get in right now. Just do NOT create a new account. Just back out. Hang in there. Try again later. 🙂

Hi bunny. I did just that. Well went to do weekly shopping before happily resuming the game. Has anyone found out if servers were being upgraded or something similar?
Not sure what they’re doing, but many android users are still unable to access their games. Constant Bart Screen. Those that were able to get in are now not able too.
My thoughts…hopefully. ..a HUGE update/event coming and they’re testing their systems on the weekends when they don’t have a ton employees working.
That’s my hopes anyway. Lots of android issues happened during Whacking Day event too.
