Well for starters don’t listen to it whatever you do! I can assure you, much like that infomercial product on late night TV, you don’t need it! Odds are Bart is causing trouble again and the servers are just having some issues.
Next, and I know I say this a lot, don’t panic! Odds are it’s not just happening to you but lots of other tappers out there too. I can assure you your game will still be there and it’s going to be okay. This is something that happens from time to time and you just need to be patient and wait it out…I know I know easier said than done!
If you ever see a message in your game that prompts you to create a new account back out of the game, hard close it and think about deleting it off of your device and reinstalling it. If this doesn’t work, it may be because the servers are having bigger problems then we realize. Try putting your game down for an hour or two, I know it’s difficult, then try logging in again.
If you’re still having problems you can check out the Origin Server Status (herehttp://www.origin.com/status). However, if the servers are having issues and constantly going on and off you may not get the most reliable answer on game status.
One more thing friends…NEVER create a new account on origin with the same email address. Doing this may just make your game disappear! So be patient and wait it out!
