Thanksgiving has arrived in Springfield! But, with all of the new Thanksgiving premium items that are limited-time it may be overwhelming trying to decide which items to buy and what to pass on. With that limited-time label on items I know it can be tempting to just buy everything you can. But, have no fear! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth your donuts & what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add the Indian Casino to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button, let’s break down the Pros and Cons of adding this combo to your Springfield.
Character & Building: Tribal Chief & Caesar’s Pow-Wow Indian Casino
Donut Price: 150 donuts
Pros:
-Comes with it’s own 10 part questline
-Adds 10 points to your consumerism rating
-Chief will earn premium rates in cash and XP for all jobs
-Something new and different to add to your Springfield
-Voiced, but not really. Mostly just “hmm” and grunts.
-Chief will use the Casino for tasks once the main quest is complete
-Building makes Slot Machine Noises when tapped
Cons:
-Pricey. At 150 donuts he’s not the most expensive character and building combo (heck Disco Stu was 180 donuts), but it’s still a high price.
-No character interaction after main questline is complete
Final Thought:
Personally, I think the Indian Casino is a good buy. It’s got a lot of features to it that make it a nice addition to Springfield AND it’s something different in your town (makes a nice addition along the beach front). If you have the donuts I say go for it, but if you’re a little hesitate I can understand you wanting to wait just a bit. Just remember this is a LIMITED-TIME item and once it’s gone, it’s gone…so be sure to get it before the event is over if you’re thinking about it.

thinking about buying this building 4 years after it’s first release.
Now they’re offering it at 100 net donuts (costs 150 and 50 donuts are given back)
Also thinking about Asia De Cuba for 75 net donuts. The casino sounds like a better deal though.. decisions decisions…
Isnt Tribal Chief a “him”???
So I bought the casino but it never triggered a story line. Is there something I’m missing? All my characters are available. I even stored the casino and set it back out to see if it would trigger it; nothing happened.
The Chief is supposed to kick it all off with a “!”.
Thanks for the reply. I never got the “!” so I guess I got glitched. That sucks.
For the people considering buying the casino, is that with bought donuts or earned donuts?
For me…the earned ones I spent on a bunch of Halloween items, so it would be bought.
Kinda glad I hadn’t spent the donuts I was saving for Krustylu Studios yet. I can always get that some other time down the line. This seems like a better purchase at the moment.
Completely agree! This time of the year it’s hard to buy permanent premium items because there’s so much coming out back-to-back that’s limited time (with Halloween, Thanksgiving & Christmas updates all so close together), you never know what you might miss out on!
Lol I just got krusty lu I wish I would have saved now 🙁
I’m sold on it as it is such a ‘different’ building. Its thin rather than square. It isn’t just another licence factory/job hunting thing. It’s something unique that will stand out. Its a shame the city doesn’t have ‘night’ so the neon all lights up.
I agree. I like it for its unique look too. 🙂
I like it and the Mayflower. Sooo cool looking
I was hoping you’d say that…
🙂 Worth the donuts to me. Looks great along the beach!
Wouldn’t fit on my last remaining beachfront plot…
Opted for my forest greenbelt strip, which has been progressively deforested over the past few months!
