Where did THAT come from – Southern Cracker Fountain

Furry bottom seated in Addicts radar… searching for new decoration… blip blip blip…  must find fountain… beep boop bop… blip blip blip…

Kerching!  Yeah that’s right, this decoration is just another blip on the radar of an excellent episode.

In Season 8, Episode 6: A Milhouse Divided, the fountain is shown in the same shot as the factory.  Blink too long or skim a post by a cranky old guy too quickly and you probably missed.

Southern Cracker Fountain

It’s shown right before we see Milhouse’s Dad Kirk get fired (after 20 years! Poor guy…) for suddenly becoming single.  I’m sure the fact that Luann Van Houten’s father created the business had NOTHING to do with it.

“Kirk… crackers are a family food.  Happy families.  Maybe single people eat crackers, we don’t know.  Frankly… we don’t want to know.  It’s a market we can do without.”

The fountain costs 30 donuts and gives out a low 0.75% bonus money and XP kicker to your game.  While this is no “should I spend donuts on post”… you may want/need/crave ONE of these decorations for your Cracker Factory area of your town but beyond that… buy a cop car instead if you must have a new premium decoration.

Small blip… quick post… Wookiee out!

  1. Looks like you’ve got yourself a droid that understands the binary language of moisture vaporators… lucky Wookie!

  2. Lol. Great. With all the blipping and blooping, now all I can think is “I’ve lost the bleeps, I lost the sweeps and I lost the creeps.” Curses!

  3. I think its super ugly so I bought 2. I wish EA would come up with more practical decorations such as mailboxes, picnic tables and dirt roads (for me beautiful forest)
