Has anyone been having the issue of their towns not loading? I get the spinning donut at the beginning then just a black screen and it boots me out! I can hear the music for a couple seconds until it boots me. I can’t find an e-mail adress for EA to contact them. On the forums there’s a lot of people having this issue. I figured since you all seem to be able to get in contact with EA I would try this route. Also I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, tried from a different device, closed the app and tried again, all to no avail

Do you people not READ the posts before you comment? It says DON’T ask for neighbors here!!!!! Look for the HUGE “Add Neighboreenos” on the top right of basically EVERY page!

I am not a big fan of downloading app managers or the such, but the Origin Desktop Manager was the only way I was able to add friends.
Is it bad that I want to “unfriend” 5 of my friends who have collected no gift cards yet? I have 100 friends, so I am not in need of them. And, they are not the people I know irl. What do you think?
Lol…no. If they are inactive…you can always take down their names and add them back later. After the event is over. Just realize, some are struggling with glitches and may not be able to play. It is at your own discretion. You can manage them anyway you see fit.
Thanks! They haven’t even updated their games because I didn’t have the option of leaving them gifts, so I don’t think it’s a glitch. I’ll deal with the guilt. Lol
