Christmas Morning 2013, we were given another mini task into the game. This one involved those that had purchased Hank Scorpio and his lair. The dialog was as follows…

So I sat here…on January 6th, 4:00:00 GMT…waiting and hoping that maybe another little surprise would hit our Springfield. It was worth a shot, right? In the meantime, the rest of the dialog…

So…time ticked away…and…NOTHING!

Dangit. This is what happens when you are an Addict. You obsess over EVERYTHING in the game. (I know a bunch of you were obsessing too. Don’t lie.) Lol.

I was soooo hoping for some commotion in Springfield, but alas…just another script. Oh well, it was still a funny lil mini quest.

    I too was waiting for something in Sunday night’s episode to be tied to the project and was sorely disappointed when nothing in it was relavent. But then I wondered, with deadline change, perhaps The Simpsons creators switched the episode by a week and Kamiko is some how tied into the same plot line? Benjo or kawaii? With all the commercials for the show EA puts into the game, for it to retain credibility, it would be nice to have at least a bit more game script if not a piece of project debris landing in Springfield causing a rash of hospitalizations or immunizations. Maybe from Duff vs Moe disease whatever that is…

      Hehehehe, it was driving me mad. I was soooo hoping for something cool. Never saw anything in the files, but that is becoming common for hidden treasures.

    I think it is all about 12th night, here in dear old blighty (GMT) it is generally had luck to keep your Christmas decorations past the 6th. So apart from eastern orthodox neighbours Britain is a decoration free zone.

    Does this apply to Springfield will you take the risk are your decs coming down?

    According to education.jlab.org, “Mendelevium’s most stable isotope, mendelevium-258, has a half-life of about 51.5 days.” Just FYI. I had forgotten about this mini-quest or I would have been watching the clock today, same as you.

    Don’t feel too bad- I did a lot of research on Nelson Baker Hunt when Homer mentioned him to Lisa during one of the gift card missions. Was hoping to find a clue for extra donuts or something. That didn’t pan out either.
