Whew AND NOW we are done with the Level 38 Freemium (main) questline! If you play it with our rushing and send characters on tasks at the same time (the group tasks etc) it will take you approx 178.5 hours to complete…or about 7.4 days. And that doesn’t include the 36 hours it takes to build the Courthouse! So with that it’s 8.9 days to complete! Whew! I guess EA heard Tappers say they were bored huh?
Anywho…that completes this Turbo Tappin’ Edition. I’ll be back with Turbo Tappin’ the Blue Haired Lawyer soon..and Full Dialogue Walkthroughs will be up soon as well. In the meantime…enjoy Level 38. Obviously EA put a lot of effort into torturing us to ensure we don’t get bored…at least until Valentine’s Day!

In my game, the court house is costing me $106,000 instead of your $350,000??
106 is the base price. 350 is the price it was when it first hit. In the game the price of buildings drops as more levels are introduced until it reaches it’s base price.

Note: For those with only one Minnow Pond, it needs to be free (Chalmers can’t be doing his Catch Dinner 8hr task) for Judge Snyder to Take his 24 hour Vacation. Synder needs the Minnow Pond to do this task.
I’m currently on Two Extra Eyes on Springfield Pt. 7. The task for Wiggum to Attend Court Hearing and Citizens to Attend Court Hearing are actually 4 hours tasks not 12. Did this change with a new level in the game? This has happened to me before where a level task was shortened. It’s not common but it has happened. Are there any other level tasks that have been shortened or lengthened?
Yes. At times EA will tweak tasks and time frames of them. Thanks for letting us know. The others… well… it would take us a while to play the ENTIRE 51 Levels again to go through them all. Feel free to note if you see differences in them though. 😉

You’ll need to have Brockman free to go to the next part. Is he free in your game? If he is and it’s still not working try storing and replacing Channel 6. 🙂
I can’t get th level 38 quest line to start. I got Homer’s short one to go, but didn’t get BHL, so it stopped after the brain freeze, but Wiggum’s stuff never showed up. Do I need anything besides Wiggum’s free?
Wiggum needs to be free to start the quest. If you’re having a problem getting the first part of the questline to start try storing the Police Station and replacing it. Hope that helps! 🙂
Still no luck. All I get is a bunch of 1 off quests for folks to do. I’ll give it some more time and see what happens. Otherwise I’ll delete and reinstall. Seemed to help some folks over in the Level 38 is here thread.
I have the task to bust budget blogger but Chief Wiggins doesn’t have it in his menu. Do I have to have a certain character or something? It just went to patrol Springfield Thanks
Cheif Wiggum AND Comic Book Guy both need to be available for this task. It is a joint task for the two of them of 10 hours. So just make sure both are not on any tasks. If they are…store in your inventory then replace the Comic Book Store and Police Station to knock them out now if you want to continue. Let me know if that helps. 😉
As far as I have read no one has mentioned the price and the time decrease on squidport pieces. I think they just cut it in half. But it may be something one of you all may want to write an article about. Where I am before the update it cost me 10000/2days now it is 5000/1day.

Haha just can’t win! I like the long questline BUT I’d rather have a long questline with shorter tasks (4-6 hrs each) to keep me going into the game more than the 12-24hr tasks. But that’s just me!

They also made the price go down for some buildings like the spinster apartments. Now it’s only about 180,500$. It used to be about 200,000$! I never thought I’d be able to get that much
Every time a new level is dropped…the previous level buildings cost will go down…until they reach there base price. Basically to about 5 levels back. I am in the process of updating our realty guide with the new prices. It will be complete by tomorrow. 😉
