What is going on with this game! I’m not one to complain but its getting ridiculous. for a little more them a week now I can’t get in I have lost SO MUCH time I used to play every hour but lost A LOT of house work time, so I started every 4 hours but ever since you added level 39 I can’t do anything. I go into my neighbors and it crashes it takes me 5-6 hours to sign on I start collecting it crashes. I’m starting to feel the affects of detoxing Please help!
Unfortunately, we’re not EA so we have no control over the actual game itself. We’re just fans of the game who happen to be really helpful and enjoy writing about it. But we have ZERO control over the game itself, so if you want to contact EA you can follow the steps outlined on this post to do so.
However, before you contact them I would suggest trying some of the basic troubleshooting methods we’ve outlined in this post. Hope that helps you out! I know how frustrating it can be when you can’t get into TSTO! 🙂
