Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
Dropping in with a fun little piece of news I wanted to share with you…FXX, a subsidiary of 21st Century FOX, will air ALL 552 episodes of The Simpsons consecutively this summer! Yes, you read that right that’s ALL 552 episodes of The Simpsons back to back to back to back to…well you get the idea!
Just how long will it take to run every episode? 12 days! That’s a lotta couch gags! The marathon starts August 21st and runs until Labor Day (Sept. 1st)!

According to another article, an app will be available to watch the episodes as well.
I am glad that Fox is finally coming around and releasing more access to the shows. The are slowly letting go a bit here and there.
An app? Oh cool!!! What article was this in? I would definently love to see a few of the episodes that I haven’t watched already if there was an app.
Type “Simpsons World App” into Oogle and the info is all there.
Bahahaha VCR!!!!! I’m laughing because my first thought was dang, my dvr won’t record that many episodes, where’s that VCR! I’m not even sure if I get FXX but I’m going to find out. Woo Hoo! This is cool.

I dont get the channel but I could have my own marathon with seasons 1 through 16 and 20 on DVD 😀

It makes one wonder if they aren’t leading up to a final season. Sound exciting either way. I’ll be watching
I doubt it but this is the first year that Fox is syndicating the show. FXX is a Fox affiliate so this is the last run of all of the episodes before being able to be played on another network. So don’t worry too much about that

I was really thrilled to see this. I already have DVDs and recordings for the majority of the episode, but it will be a blast to watch them back-to-back. I really look forward to it!
(Now all I have to do is find a way to get FXX before then…)
Geez sounds like it’s time to start stocking up on some Duff or Düff. Gotta go find me a real comfy chair as well. Can’t wait for this event to begin.

I ran my first full 42.2km/26.2mi marathon last year. Was cool, but this is way cooler. I have every episode downloaded on my computer and have seen every episode at least twice (except the last few from this season which I’ve only seen once).
But how sick would it be to watch all back-to-back. Only thing that could make it better would be to be strapped into the donut chair the devil makes Homer sit in on the Treehouse of Horror episode.
I don’t usually get FXX, though this month Rogers is giving me a free preview (every month a different premium channel is free).
