Well the Easter update is upon us! Bunnies, bunnies, bunnies…they’re EVERYWHERE! And we’ve been seeing a TON of comments about “what happens next”, so now that the update is nearing 24hrs old, and for most of you Homer, Willie & Apu will be wrapping up their Whacking Day preparedness shortly, we figured it’s a good time to Turbo Tap Easter!
For those of you who don’t know Turbo Tappin’ is our quick version of a walkthrough for the Level/Update/Character where we give you who starts the quest, the task and what you earn. This way you have your quick guide on who to keep free and when. This is great for our fellow Addicts who love to copy and paste the walkthrough into their device for quick reference.
Now on with Easter! As I mentioned in the initial update post the main quest is kicked off by Homer and the anticipation of Whacking Day. While the main quest is called Four-Day Weekend For Our Sins, there are some mini quests , entitled something different each time, that pop-up throughout as well. We’ll cover those here as well. So let’s get to Turbo Tappin’ shall we?
Note: Whatever color egg group you’re in (see this post for more) is what will determine if you’ll earn Pink or Blue eggs from completing tasks or what’s awarded for Characters doing Easter Tasks that earn eggs.

At this point the Natural Faberge Egg will, in a rare chance, to come out of bunnies. OR you now unlock the ability to purchase the Egg in the store (premium)
And with that the main Easter Walkthrough is complete! The dialogue for this is hilarious and I really enjoyed the questline!
Remember there is NO RUSH to complete this questline….you have until May 13th to finish the event, so pace yourself! And please, please, PLEASE don’t use donuts to rush the quests 🙂

I STILL haven’t gotten any items out of the easter box besides a couple fences, pile of eggs, ponds and gold eggs. No buildings or characters 🙁
How many have you opened? You need at least 12 in pink n blue to hit the “bigger” prizes.
I’m not getting any baskets or a Faberge Egg… Been that way for at least a week. I grow more discouraged each day. 🙁
Both items are random. Still plenty of time. Just hang in there. 😉
I think I’m at another stand still Skinner searched the school for egg s and I got the egg machine and I had to make Moe hunt bunnies again I think I’m stuck any advice?
What’s the quest that actually popping up or is it that no new quests are popping up?
That was the quest that popped up but it’s the second time it’s happened!!!!
Still no sign of the Faberge Egg on my B game even though I finished the quests weeks ago. I got it on my A game within 3 days. I usually play around twice a day and grow carrots all the time. I worry that it’s a glitch with my Kindle Fire game as I notice that I get a few glitches on that which I didn’t have on my iPhone/iPad. I might try switching to one of my other devices to see if anything happens. I know I’m being impatient but it’s been quite a long time since the quest finished and nada. At lease I got everything from the Easter boxes which is great.
That is great. I wish other tappers were in the same boat.
I love tapping the bunnies mich more then the snakes. And I like the quest very much. But the fences… I still need 18 pieces.

I finished the main quest-line last week and I still haven’t seen the Natural Faberge Egg. Any thoughts on the chances?
Strong chance you’ll get it within the next two weeks. Lots of folks already have (not me though… oh well).
My town won’t let me zap bunnies anymore I have to tap on them and I’ve done every Easter quest up till Nelson that’s the last Easter quest I got why won’t mine progress anymore?
Nelson is it’s own quest. It’s a side quest that’s not from the initial (main) questline. What was the last thing you did before the Nelson quest?
As far as the Zapper goes…I see 1 other tapper reporting that at the moment. I can’t check it out too much at the moment but it’s something I’ll Look into. In the meantime have you tried the steps outlined in this post when it comes to the Zapper?

Ok so the next part is started by Apu, is Apu free in your Springfield? If so and the task still isn’t starting try storing the kwik-e-mart and replacing it. That should help to trigger it. 🙂
I too am having this issue. A few people on the EA forums but so far no response from them. Really frustrating. Is there a way for me to contact them more directly than just posing on the forum? I don’t think this had gotten enough attention yet and I’ve now lost carrots because while I’m trying to tap each bunny I’m of course getting everything they are near instead which included the farm before I had gotten enough bunnies out of my town 🙁
The best way to contact EA outside of the forums is by following the steps outlined in this post. Keep in mind…if you get the chat option you will get connected with someone overseas (most likely in India) and their English will be very broken. And they may end up just directing you back to the forums. However, it can’t hurt to try..at least then they’ll get your direct game info. 🙂

I finally had to give in and spend donuts to get a basket. It has been 5 days since I finished the quests and I haven’t gotten any more baskets or the Faberge egg. I am tired of losing 1000 eggs to open 1 off color basket. Plus I still need 6 of the gold prizes. I really wish EA would go back to events with set numbers instead of chance. It really takes the fun out of the game.
If you want what’s in the gold boxes, please…just wait. Don’t spend donuts just yet to get them 😉
I`m not getting any easter baskets anymore, is there a limit to the amount of baskets we get?
No, it is random tho. I know some were reporting not getting them for a few days and then getting several in a row.
Hi bunny, since I finished the main quest egg accumulation has slowed a lot (about 400 eggs a day). Do you know a way I could get more eggs from? Ps if you would add me as a friend it would be greatly appreciated

It slow due to the tasks gave you that extra 250 eggs. Just keep sending characters on egg earning tasks, visit neighbors, beyond that its just accumulation unless you spend donuts.
Just wait on spending donuts on gold prizes. Not now.
I plant carrots as often as I can and only harvest only after I’ve cleared my town of bunnies.
I visit my friends daily (I’m maxed out on friends).
I send everyone who has egg tasks to do them regularly (Homer, Ralph, etc.).
I’m almost done the quest line (just sent Lisa to listen to Bleeding Gums Murphy) and I have not gotten ANYTHING good from any of the Easter boxes–just more useless decorations or golden eggs which also only give me more useless decorations or characters/bunny that walks around town doing nothing. NOT ONE SINGLE BUILDING OR TASKED CHARACTER!!!!!!!!!! While I can’t say for sure how many boxes of each colour I’ve opened, I’m sure that I must have more than 12 boxes in total opened by now.
Is there some sort of glitch? Is EA being cruel? Or is it just bad luck on my part? I know it’s a long event, but I think I should have one building by now! Help!
Sorry to hear your frustrations. The event itself is still only 25% the way through. Lots more time to go.
As for the boxes, you need to open at least 12 of each to get the main prizes in them. The Gold is the only one that almost all the prizes are available as of the first spin, minus Shary that is at 20 opened.
On the flip side, most have got all the prizes from their blue and pink boxes almost immediately after hitting that 12 minimum. It just varies so much player to player.
The gold box prizes also have a max set to auto unlock items by 15 20 and 50. Only Hugs and Shary at the “worst case scenario” of 80. Again, I myself unlocked almost all of them in the first 10 gold boxes I opened.
Try not to focus so much on numbers and calculations. Just have fun and play. Enjoy the silly lil things in the event. More items will open eventually once you hit those marks. Just hang in there. Have fun most of all. 😉
Update (minutes since my last post): I got to open a blue box which gave me 100 golden eggs which was enough to open a gold box. Gold box gave me an Alien Topiary. I also got to open a pink box which gave me more fences!

No worries. The Kang and Kodos hedges are actually a GOOD thing. They have a multiplier attached. That means MORE $$$ & XP on your taps. You will want to put them out in your town so they can start benefiting you. If you don’t like the look of them, hide them behind a house or tall building or in a group of trees. 😉
I’m having the same luck. No characters or buildings. Just stupid fences and golden eggs. I’m not giving them any money during this rediculous event, so whatever I get is what I get. And whatever I get (or don’t) will be a reminder to me of how EA is playing the game from their side.
