So now…let’s start to break down some of the fun prizes that are in store for us during this Egg-cellent Event! Let’s kick things off with the buildings of the Easter Prize Boxes!
There are a total of 3 new buildings you can win in the Easter Prize boxes, Johnny Fiestas, Banana Dictatorship & Block0 Store. Let’s break each one down with all the fun details…
First…I’m not going to talk about odds in this post. We’ve talked about the odds a lot (and you can find that info here and here) so we just want to give you guys all the details on the buildings. So stop over thinking and just have some fun! 🙂
Let’s kick this off with Johnny Fiestas…after all who doesn’t love a good margarita?! 😉 mmmm margaritas…..
Building: Johnny Fiestas
How It’s Won: Blue Easter Prize Box
Earns: $90, 10xp every 4hrs
Size: 8×5
Conform-O-Meter: Gluttony +10
Animation: Neon sign flashes
Quest Associated: No major quest, but once unlocked you will get a quest pop up entitled “Mexican-Themed Hat Dance” telling you to build Johnny Fiestas (when you win it you can chose to store it in your inventory or build right away, if you store it you’ll need to open your inventory to build it)
Build Time: 24hrs
Quest Reward: After you build it the Goal Complete box will pop up and you’ll be awarded 250 of your dominant egg color and 10 xp
Dialogue: Yes! After you build it a little dialogue between Marge & Lisa pops up. No additional quest associated with it, just some more to giggle at. Here’s what it says:
Marge: Johnny Fiestas! I’ve been there with one of my women’s groups. Their margaritas are fantastic!
Lisa: What is their food like?
Marge: I have no memory of their food….
Will the Building Get Used?: Yes! If you have Otto. A new 2hr permanent task is given to Otto when this is built. Otto can now Satisfy the Munchies– 2hrs, Earns $175, 40xp
Next up let’s break down the Blocko Store…when Lincoln Logs just aren’t enough…
Building: Blocko Store
How It’s Won: Pink Easter Prize Box
Earns: $200, 20xp every 12hrs
Size: 6×5
Conform-O-Meter: Consumerism +10
Animation: Doors open, and stay open
Quest Associated: No major quest, but once unlocked you will get a quest pop up entitled “Hip to be Cubical” telling you to build the Blocko Store (when you win it you can chose to store it in your inventory or build right away, if you store it you’ll need to open your inventory to build it)
Build Time: 24hrs
Quest Reward: After you build it the Goal Complete box will pop up and you’ll be awarded 250 of your dominant egg color and 10 xp
Dialogue: Yes! After you build it a little dialogue from Milhouse pops up. No additional quest associated with it, just some more to giggle at. Here’s what it says:
Milhouse: Oooh, the Blocko Store! Where if you can imagine it, you can build it! The doctor says I was born without an imagination. But you guys can all have fun!
Will the Building Get Used?: Yes! Chalmers. Once unlocked a new 2hr task for Chalmers will appear in his task box. Chalmers can now Browse the Blocko Store earns $110, 27xp.
Finally, let’s break down the Banana Dictatorship…cause everyone should be on the banana boat!
Building: Banana Dictatorship
How It’s Won: Gold Easter Prize Box
Earns: $135, 15xp every 8hrs
Size: 5×5
Conform-O-Meter: Obedience +10
Animation: None
Quest Associated: No major quest, but once unlocked you will get a quest pop up entitled “Tropical Thunder” telling you to build the Banana Dictatorship (when you win it you can chose to store it in your inventory or build right away, if you store it you’ll need to open your inventory to build it)
Build Time: 24hrs
Quest Reward: After you build it the Goal Complete box will pop up and you’ll be awarded 250 of your dominant egg color and 10 xp
Dialogue: Yes! After you build it a little dialogue from Homer pops up. No additional quest associated with it, just some more to giggle at. Here’s what it says:
Homer: Banana Dictatorship?! I love stores named for a repressive socially stratified political system. It just screams “fashion.”
Will the Building Get Used?: Nope, this one just sits a looks purdy 🙂

I got the Banana Dictatorship today, first attempt at a gold box. Good start I think. Very happy.
I love that Otto can now satisfy the munchies and grub on some tacos, and the look of the Blocko store. But why Chalmers of all people to go there, shouldn’t it be a kid? Sorry if I’m jumping ahead to the WDTCF Blocko post, I’m just curious.
Ok so I went back and watched the episode where the Blocko store came from and I myself cannot figure out why Chalmers has a task there and not someone like Lisa. Unless it has something to do with the upcoming LEGO Episode of the Simpsons…

I’m just curious guys, how many tries with the prize boxes you win per day, without spending donuts on eggs? Even with visiting my friends’ towns (100), taking care of bunnies in my own place multiple times daily, finishing tasks (they are quite long in this event, right?) I can’t get no more then 2 tries… c’mon at this pace I will never take all the goodies EA prepared for us (yes, I know this event just started and have only one basket for trade… just curious)
It varies per person. Depends on where you are in the questline, how many bunnies you tap, how many neighbors you visit, etc.
Yea I know… hope it will increase with time
I’m pink dominant and got one pink box day 1, two pink boxes day 2, one pink box today day 3. Tomorrow, as I have over 400 pink and 400 blue, I should get one of each box pink and blue. And as I have 200 golden eggs from two of my four pink boxes along with two beach towels with umbrellas, I have a chance of getting a gold box if my first blue box plays the odds and yields 300 golden eggs.
So to answer you question, as a freemium, I personally am getting 1.5 boxes per day.
However, looking forward to the main quest line opening up some egg yielding tasks for some characters.

I must say ea have out done them selves with his update no complaints she is all I need and the bunny guy. The blocko building looks amazing I think that’s my fav I really want to put it next to the mapple store been playing since last years whacking day and still no mapple 😢😢, hopefully they bring that and cool brown house back and town will be complete! You guys do great job here been helpful through all events keep up good work!
I have a space right next to the Mapple for it. I also hope it’ll come back but only time will tell.
lol she certainly does take a lot. I think she’ll be the hardest for people to win this event! I am loving this event myself lots of fun every time I turn around! 🙂

I got the big banana!!! LOL…oh but I have a warning…If you are walking around someone’s town that has a basket and you don’t wish to swap eggs, be careful what you touch…on my after-midnight stroll I wasn’t paying close attention and touched a basket…there went 100 pink eggs…I forget who got ’em… 🙂 …but it didn’t stop there…yep, 2wice more!!! Once when I was chasing SideshowBob…so, yeah…don’t want your eggs scrambled, watch for baskets!!! LOL 🙂

When I was first visiting towns I didn’t know what they were, instead of reading (Cause sometimes I like to play dangerously)I just clicked on the first two as many times as I could. I ended up loosing half of each color egg. Doh!
Oh, Saramary, nooooo…well, they can’t take your talent away, grirl!!! Love your Stewie and all of you town…your town is so nice I feel guilty tapping it!!! 🙂
The buildings are the only prizes I’m hoping to get
I’m interested in the three buildings as well. However, I’d also love to get Father Sean, Sharri Bobbins, and 50 fences (though that is strictly for the 15 donuts).
Wouldn’t mind not getting Chirpy and Bart Jr and the Easter Tree and Bunny 6#### and the other goodies.
So I will tell you…I’ve unlocked everything in my B game (spending donuts for eggs) so I could get you guys all the detailed info. Fr. Sean is AWESOME! Shary I was so excited for..and it was kind of a let down. Which is good because Fr. Sean is easier to unlock. So if I don’t get Shary in my A game it won’t be the end of the world for me!
I got Sharri finally and was excited she has a questline idk how long but cant wait to finish her quest and i want father sean too cause he is teased in the whats new in the google play store so i know he has a quest and im like the crazy cat quest too
I would also like the fences, but not just because of the donuts.
Chirpy and Bart Jr are something that would be cool.

Well thinking positively, when I eventually obtain Blocko Store and Banana Dictatorship, can I place those two stores on my Boardwalk?

Thanks. Will have to find a nice spot for Blocko on mainland as a result. Was hoping I could put it on the Boardwalk near Cryptobarn. Oh well, at least Banana Dictatorship can go there. I just hope I get all 3. Johnny Fiesta’s is going right with my Gilded Truffle and Luigi’s in the secon tier dining area.
