Hi Everybody!!! i would love to see a post on who has received what so far pertaining to the boxes of Easter. To date but not whining, I’ve received 4 ponds, 1 Kang Topiary, 2 Beach Umbrellas, 2 egg piles, 1 Easter Main Gate, The Banana Dictatorship Bulding and 20 easter gates plus Gold coins of 100 and 300 a few times. I hope i get some characters and other buildings but if not then donuts will be spent LOL. Hope everyone is doing well and Keep On Zapping!! 🙂
Well my friend…here’s my list from my A town:
Note: In my A town I’m playing as freemium as I can get with this event. I have not purchased a single Egg. The only purchase I’ve made at this point was for the MKII and that’s been more a test to see if I experience the same glitch a few of you are mentioning (where it gives you your dominant color instead of your non-dominant color). Beyond that not 1 item has been purchased. All baskets have been won and all Eggs have been tapped or zapped. I am growing carrots and using Witch Marge…so I earn about 10-13 eggs/2 hrs with that (when I remember to go in and tap it!). Also…I am NOT maxed out on friends. I currently have 75 neighbors.

For those not wanting to count…I won Chirpy and Bart Jr on attempt #13 and Blocko Store on attempt #18. Ended up with 6 Fences (18 total towards Sucking Out quest), 700 Gold Eggs, 1 Easter Tree and 2 Umbrella and Towels. So…I’ve now stopped attempting on pink since I’ve unlocked both items and am converting pink eggs to blue.
In the Blue Box i’m still at least 5 attempts away from having a shot to win a unique item and in the Gold Box I got lucky and won Hugs on my second attempt!

I am on team pink. Only have 5 or so friends and am not having much luck getting eggs. I have scored 2 beach towel sets, 1 easter fence, 1 tree and 4 or so 100 golden egg boxes from pink boxes. 300 Golden eggs from my only blue box. Got a Kang Topiary from my gold box. I am 100% a free player. Odds are not in my favor to score any of the good prizes at this rate.
There are still almost 3 weeks left. Plenty of time to still get a lot of items. Many freemiums are getting good prizes (Me being one of them. I have two games and play one Premium and one Freemium). You are essentially only 25% through the event at this point. So much time still left.
One thing is certain I didn’t have witch marge to help me do the carrots faster and for the first week I tapped every 5 hrs and I have about 18 friends as in i never went on a website before and said hey be my friends. Also all my friends in real life Dont play this soo I had to use 20 bones to help get stuff cause I was not doing nothing but getting ponds trees fences ponds trees tress fences. That 15 or so doughnuts EA gives for bad ovey given stuff is a joke. I’d rather get a new skin for an old charachter or an old premium thing like the race car for cash instead of doughnuts even if not a easter holiday premium.
Honestly if its a pure luck system then sometimes having more friends on here is the only other way besides buying real stuff. So add me if you want.
Please…DO NOT BUY EGGS. Not yet. Wait. Trust me. 😉
Don’t know how many attempts or what all I’ve received but: I am team pink -today I got Blocko store and Father Sean!!! Totally freemium, have not used any donuts at all – therefore I am completely happy and optimistic! 23 fences toward sucking out as well.
I have won every decoration building and character except Fr Sean, Sherry Poppins and Kang. I forgot about the 12 box minimum, is that bad ?
Nah. The ones you have left are in the gold box. They unlock at zero…except Shary. She unlocks at 20. So you are doing good.
No it’s actually great IMHO. I spent 30 $ worth of donuts to use for eggs, mostly blue because I was given pink as my primary color, to ensure I got the most gold eggs that I could from blue boxes. It took me 31 gold boxes to acquire the final special item “shary bobbins”. Got B.D. On the first, the bunny on the fifth, father shawn about 22nd and Hugs Bunny 25Th. For blue and pink had each of the 2 good prizes by their tenth box.
I’m blue and here’s what I’ve won (except I can’t remember from which box the exact number of golden eggs but somewhere in there I’m sure it can be calculated)

Augh…my luck isn’t that good with this update. No buildings or playable characters yet, and this might be the hardest I’ve ever worked on an update. Still, 3 weeks seems like it might be possible to get Shary Bobbins. I opened three gold boxes this week…times three weeks is…well, we’ll see.
I have not kept track of the prizes (seems like something I should do, but I didn’t, so oh well). I do know that I opened 15 boxes, though. Let me check my inventory:
Bunny #24601, Egg Council Guy, 14 fences (12 from the Blue/Pink boxes, 2 from the Gold box), 1 Beach Towel & Umbrella, 2 Egg Piles, 3 Ponds, 1 Tree, and a Kang Topiary.
I can only hope my luck improves over the next three weeks.
Keep in mind…the count is for EACH box. Not accumulated. But no worries, they seem to hit fast once you get the 12 mark. (Like within 20 to 25 for my game).
SOOOO much time still left in this event. Don’t sweat it. Have fun. Just play the game. 😉
I find it far more satisfying when I have to toil and work for a prize than if the prize is simply handed to me for an insignificant bit of my in-game cash. That might be the only pro of these wheels/boxes/games of chance.
Lol. That is what I enjoy…the challenge. Simplicity…is…well TOO simple. No joy or feeling of reward and accomplishment in the end. That’s the kind of player I am anyway. If there was no challenge, I would get bored. 😉
Opened 3 boxes today: 2 pink and 1 gold. The gold yielded my first unique item: Bunny #24601
I’ve opened 25 boxes; 21 pink, 2 blue and 2 gold.
2 gold yielded 1 Easter Gate (1st gold box, 13th box overall), and Bunny #24601 (2nd gold box, 25th box overall).
2 blue yielded 1 Easter Fence x 3pcs, and 1 Easter Pond.
21 pink yielded 10 100 Golden Eggs, 6 Easter Fence x 3pcs, 3 Beach Towels with Umbrella, and 2 Easter Trees.
That’s 21 of the 50 fence pieces required for 15 donuts and now my first unique item, woohoo! To add even more joy to it all, my Habs swept the Bolts in the first round of the NHL Playoffs!

I’m blue team and averaging 3-5 boxes a day (usually 2-3 blue, 1-2 pink, and most days 1 gold). This is with max neighbors and I finally broke down today a bought the MK II egg generator because now I’m an egg addict and I am constantly wanting more.!. It was a tough decision and I read the advice posted but decided to feed my egg addiction anyway.
My first gold box I won Hugs Bunny, super exciting. I haven’t kept great track of what I’ve won. Nothing major from the blue box 4 ponds, several 100 gold eggs. Pink box the most exciting I’ve done is 300 gold eggs. I’ve won Easter fence 6 times (so now 20/50 total towards sucking out). I’ve gotten 1 Easter gate, 2 egg piles, 2 beach towels. My last gold box was Bunny #24…. So far going pretty well. I really want Sharry Bobbins and I hope I don’t have to spend any more donuts on it than the egg generator.
wow!! how do you have so much eggs? I have max. neighbors, occasionally enter my town to clear bunnies, but I can open only 1!! box per day. I’m lucky if my basket put out gets full so I can open another one box! that’s so frustrating 🙁
I’m a maximum free-player though, currently I have only 11 donuts (just bought the school bus after months and months of waiting to have enough donuts) maybe that’s the problem?

Lol. Only recently. I had only been on a commercial flight twice in my life…then in December…my life changed drastically. Now, I have flown MANY times. It is a strange thing. I had never been back east. Enjoyed it immensely.
I have a thirst for life, what can I say. I love to live, laugh, learn all I can. Never had these options when I was younger. My contacts and work in life through radio, music, entertainment, and my Local Geeks have allowed me to meet some quite amazing people. Some, I wish I had never met. Kinda ruined them for me. Lol. 😉

I’ve always had that sort of trepidation about meeting my idols, thinking I would be let down, so it’s interesting to hear you say that. When I was young Howard Stern was my idol and I went to college attempting to get involved in the radio industry. Life kinda got in the way though. What are your impressions of the radio industry? I was going to complain about being on the stuck train big time, having won nothing but fences, a pond, a couple of trees, and a beach blanket so far. But I just won the Banana Dictatorship. So it’s not so sucky now.

Im a blue collector!! but im disappointed!! I been playing nonstop where I can collecting eggs (blue, pink) to win prizes, but all I seem to win is bloody fences, ponds, 1 umbrella and beach towel! its quite frustrating!! I still haven’t been able to win a actual building or character!! 🙁

I think I probably need 2 more boxes to hit the 12 box limit for the blue but for the pink im only half way! I’ve had one go at a gold box but no luck (bit difficult to get gold eggs)

I’m a pink dominant with 50 neighbors who is playing this update completely freemium. After opening two pink boxes, I realized that the only prizes I wanted were in the gold box, so I have been converting all my pink eggs to blue to increase my chances of getting enough gold eggs to open gold boxes. I’m a blue egg collector, apart from buying CCL (love her) I’ve not paid donuts for anything else. I’ve had 6 fences, 1 pond, 1 egg pile, several lots of golden eggs, 1 tree, Father Sean – first gold prize Whoot! and Banana Dictatorship second.
As best I remember it, that was my haul prior to a troll invading my town and spending my 1200 donuts on extra goes at the Easter lottery so now I have all the prizes from blue and pink, still missing Hugs bunny and Shary Bobbins.
Troll also spent my nearly 2 million on buying up all the vacant land and sea plots and sold off some of my buildings. Grr.
All the stuff you listed above IS EXACTUALLY what I’ve won so far!!!
So, now I’m saving all my pinks and turning me blue. Wish they gave out more FREE baskets though.
I’m not really concerned with the small prizes. Just the big ones . I wouldn’t turn down fences also.

Completely freemium player; but I seem to be a little lucky with the Easter bunny! I have actually cleared out my dominant box (pink) in 14 whole tries!
Now Im working forwards completing the blue box. 10 blue boxes later I’ve already gotten egg piles, fences, and ponds… Patiently waiting to hit magic # 13.
I’ve also received enough gold eggs to open 4 boxes… Pastel fence, Easter gate entrance, banana dictatorship, & kang topiary… Im definitely feeling optimistic 😉

I’ve been playing this event 100% freemium. Doing everything I can to get ahead, such as visiting my neighbours every day (I have 100 but not all have things to tap), and sending extra characters on egg tasks. I’m normally the type who would have a spreadsheet on what I got so far….but you said to relax and enjoy it, so actually….I am. I’m pink egg dominant. So, without knowing exactly how many boxes I opened, I got:

Feeling like I am running abit behind everyone else. Since I have been busy recently, I was only able to get about half of the tombstones from the last event. I visit my town every day but some days I don’t have the time to visit all my neighbors. Primary town is in the middle of Moe quest, Secondary will start Moe quest in the hour.
Primary town: a few blue spins, 1 pink spin, 1 gold spin
3 ponds
1 egg pile
2 fence sets (6 total pieces)

I am working on adding friends to both towns. How long should I wait before dropping inactive friends (was doing 4 weeks before event, now more like 4 days)? Would it be wrong to drop low level people that only have 6 buildings and far too many friends to keep up? It would help if they built a brown house farm just for people to click but no way to request they do that.
Ultimately up to you how you want to manage your friends. It is helpful when your neighbors have bigger towns but I have a soft spot for the newbies. Definitely not bad to disengage if people are going a week without playing. Make sure you check that last played option before deleting someone. Like I said though, it’s your call. Good luck!
