If you’re following along with Bunny’s Emblem Calendar, by now you’re all in the thick of Emblem collecting and you should be nearing enough Emblems to earn your 5th Emblem prize! Once you reach 14,000 Emblems collected you’ll unlock the 5th free personal prize(s) in the Stonecutters Event…#29 and the Money Pool (aka Stonecutter Mr. Burns & the pool that reminds me of Scrooge McDuck)! #29 is an all new skin for Mr. Burns and the Money Pool is one of the greatest decorations (that causes a task) to come along in TSTO in a VERY long time. The #29 skin comes with a whole new set of tasks for Mr. Burns, including one task that utilizes the Money Pool.
Let’s take a closer look at #29 and the Money Pool and just what happens when they enter YOUR Springfield…

At 14,000 Emblems #29 and the Money Pool will automatically be awarded to you. Once you’ve hit the unlock number you’ll see this message popup:
If you don’t currently have Mr. Burns in your Springfield, his skin will automatically go into your inventory until you’ve unlocked him and select it. Otherwise, Mr. Burns will automatically become Number 29:
He’s part of the More Stonecutters Character Collection Set:
Once you’ve collected enough emblems Mr. Burns will auto-start Game of Stones Pt. 8. Note that he is also the only Stonecutter (so far) to not have a Welcome to the Stonecutters Task when unlocked. Game of Stones is the only current quest that will involve Stonecutter Mr. Burns….

Number 29: These Stonecutter meetings are so stressful. No one cowers in my presence. People make eye contact. Lenny actually said, “How’s it goin’?” to me. And because he outranks me I was compelled to tell him! I don’t know how you non-riches handle the nobody-ness of it all.
Smithers: We’re used to it, sir. Shall I prepare the relaxation pool?
Number 29: Yes. A little dip will do me good.
Reach Level 11 and Build the Cooling Towers
Place the Money Pool (9×6)
Make Number 29 Take a Dip in the Money Pool- 4hrs, Earns $190, 45p
Completed Task Earns 100 Emblems and 10xp
Once you’ve completed the one task each for Number 29 his questlines will end, and you can now enjoy your new skin and AWESOME outdoor decoration!
As mentioned above these new skin for Mr. Burns comes with a whole new set of tasks & fun things to make him do. Let’s take a look at these new tasks…

Wookiee, I want to thank you for encouraging me to keep on keepin on with collecting emblems. In just a couple days, I have gone from 8,000 emblems to 13,421 emblems. I’m trying really hard to catch up to everyone and I just might make it.

I’ve unlocked my money pool and the task is instructing me to place it, but I can’t locate it anywhere! It’s not in my stored items?
Has anybody else had this problem?
It is not in your lil brown cardboard box inventory? Do you still have Mr. Burns Stonecutter Skin? Or is that missing too?
This is the first i’m hearing of THIS glitch. I know there was a money pool glitch where multiple screens would constantly pop up saying you won the money pool, but not one where it’s been missing. However, we have seen various glitchs where skins would disappear. My advice is to make sure it’s highlighed that you’ve won it, if it is double (or triple) check your inventory to make sure it’s not there. Check the WHOLE thing. If it’s still not there it’s time to contact EA and let them know it’s gone missing from your game. They’ll be able to restore it for you.

After trawling the internet, I’ve found at least one other person who has exactly the same glitch as me and I’ve now reported it to EA. It’s definitely highlighted, I have over the required amount of emblems. I’ve checked everywhere and keep checking just incase it magically reappears, I’m becoming quite obsessed! I don’t have the number 29 skin either. I’m level 42 so I’m fairly confident that I’ve exhausted all the probable places it can be… I’ve decided EA hate me for some reason… I’m disliking them right now – they don’t know what this is doing to me! I hope they sort it and this doesn’t happen to many other people!
Yes. Players have been reporting various skins disappearing on them. Double check to make sure it’s not in your inventory, and the prize is still highlighted on your prize list. If it’s still missing your next step is to contact EA and let them know about the issue. I’m sure EA doesn’t hate you although I understand feeling that way from back when my game was all broken. There the only one who can fix your issue with the character skin.

this is now in my top 3 fav tasks! others are Kang-properly season humans and Devil Flanders-show your wrath. Alissa, great minds think alike because the first thing I thought of when I saw this task was Scrooge McDuck! Ducktails woo-ooo!

Does the money pool belong to Mr Burns or to the Stonecutters?
I put it right beside Monty’s manor as I found it more appealing there.
It all depends on how you want to design your town. Burns is the only one that uses it, but it still looks cool no matter where placed.
Maybe I should rephrase, I was asking for different opinions / ideas…
Where did you place the pool?
I designed a big yard around the manor and placed the pool within that, along with a volleyball court, fountain, trees, etc.
On another side of town, I placed the stonecutters lodge within a complex delimited by hieroglyph walls including the scroll, stone of glory and (coming) the table.
Love the game. Still haven’t gotten any neighbors. Please add me. About 2 days away from getting this prize.

Sadly, I gave up on this event. Work and life only allow me to get on a maximum of two times and with only 8,000 emblems, I just quit. The wife is still going strong though, hope she gets all the goodies!
Sorry to hear that. It does take a bit of checking and neighboreenos. Maybe just see how much you can get. The parchment tasks are pretty easy. Ultimately up to you what keeps you happy with the game. I hope your wife gets it all too.

Man I know the feeling. I have been gone for a few days and every one is thousands over me!! In my defense its finals week. Had a project work a quarter of my grade due yesterday and the remaining reflections due this week. I know you all have missed me. I better get back to getting emblems or I’ll get to far behind.

Anyone else having a glitch with the money pool? I got mine and placed it, but now I keep getting the message that I recieved it over and over again and it won’t let me progress to the next prize.

Not sure if this is the best place to post this but has anyone been having problems visiting their neighbors? I keep getting booted out of the game when I try to visit multiple neighbors in a row. I just got the money pool but I’m worried I won’t be able to keep up with the Token calendar now that I’m done the Stonecutter event quest line and can’t collect from my neighbors.
You’re in good shape emblem wise. As far as the neighbor issues go. It’s common with some devices, it’s a memory issue. My game does it from time to time as well. Best advice just keep pressing on with it, when it kicks you out just go back it. Extremely frustrating I know, but until they come up with the fix for the newer devices/memory that’s the best you can do. It’s what I do almost daily…
I’ve been getting booted, off & on all day. It’s getting annoying, but it’s still letting me back in for now, so I can’t complain.
Def a new favourite…May have to do a big re-design on my burns mansion now though 🙂
the money pool is my all time favorite decoration. mr. burns swimming in the pool is the best thing i’ve ever seen!
I also really love the Money Pool decoration and the action of Burns doing laps in it. But I was wondering, is it is from an episode or was it created for TSTO? I tried looking it up but couldn’t find any mention of it in a previous episode.

I started a few days late because the game didn’t tell me about the update but ive caught up a bit and I’m now exactly 1 day behind and just unlocked this. I really wanted the last prize so I’m glad that I now have a good chance at getting it.
I really like that there is an outside task tied with this event 🙂

It’s a fun outdoor animation also and 3/4 of the characters who can do it are freemium.
