As he gasped for breath and the skirl of pipes filled his ears, Frankie the Squealer comforted himself with the thought that waterboarding was *not* the cruellest form of torture imaginable.

Oght! another Scottish lad has been put down. Suck in that haggis Seamus, Willie will sooth you to sleep with me bagpipes.
