Should I Spend Donuts On the Unoriginal Log Ride?

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Level 43 has arrived on our favorite Tapping Devices & with it comes signs of life for the once forgotten Krustyland!  New rides, restaurants and decorations have made Krustyland relevant again, at least for 1 level anyway.  Now I know you may be trying to decide if the new premium items are worth YOUR donuts, but don’t sweat it!  We’re here to tell you what’s worth your donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Wondering if you should add the Unoriginal Log Ride to your Krustyland?  Well before you hit that confirm spend button, let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this splash zone ride to your Krustyland…..

-What’s a theme park with out a water ride?

Cons
-75 donuts for a building you might not use often is a bit steep
-It’s HUGE, will take up a ton of space

Final Thought:
For me this one is a toss up.  It’s one of those, take it or leave it kind of rides.  While I love the idea of adding a log flume type ride to Krustyland, how often will you see it?
For this one (at least in my opinion) it comes down to how many donuts you have, and how often you visit Krustyland.  If you don’t spend a ton of time in Krustyland, or you don’t have a stockpile of donuts burning a hole in your pocket, this might be something you want to pass on.
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would/wouldn’t do…and I can tell you after a ton of deliberation I did purchase the Log Ride!  However, this is NOT a Limited-Time Item so take your time with your thought process.  The Log Ride will still be there in a few weeks.  So if you’re on the fence or worried about saving up your donuts relax..there’s no rush to get it.

  1. I can’t find the log ride since krustyland went kaboom! Does anyone know if it’s still around since they switched to main Springfield? Am I missing something?

  2. I can’t find the log ride in the store now that Krustyland has gone kaboom! Does anyone know if it has gone away since they made the switch to main Springfield? Am I missing something?

  3. Oooh. I might save up for this. I do have enough but I just like having a few donuts lying around in case a limited time thing shows up. But I recommend this purchase. Same with the one maximum plate buffet. 40 donuts for a building? Sold

  4. There is a task for the log flume that says to make Nelson ride it but I can’t get him to leave Springfield to complete the task

  5. Of course I got it. But it’s not pretty placed right now LOL!!! Just jumbled with all the other premium items off in a corner haha. Haven’t worked on KL since Valentines Day

  6. I am now level 43 and am waiting for the new KL quests to start. I have the Scream on the Green already, any help to what will kick off the other quest?

  7. For me the size is a pro, I love it and the tooth chipper and have always wanted Mt. Krustmore to be a little bigger (with some added water and winding tracks like its picture on the KL map) i understand though that there will eventually (hopefully) be a lot more buildings and decorations for our krustylands and people will be itching for more land, but for now the park is rather empty so anything to fill that space is great. I guess it’s all about perspective lol.

  8. I hate Krustyland but got everything anyway. However this does look really cool

  9. I bought and love it! Visually, it adds a lot to KL. Nice animation as well.

  10. I really love the look of the log ride, but I don’t spend enough quality time in Krustyville to justify it. Yet!

  11. It is perfect, I have all the land in KL and this is a very nice ride – for me it is a must have 🙂

  12. Compared to the tooth chipper how big is the log ride? I can’t really visualize 20×10 in my head.

  13. This has me very tempted. I love theme parks and want my Krustyland to be awesome. However I hate the idea of “wasting” donuts and not getting a character. Maybe if it was more themed or something (which would defeat the whole idea I know). I am also super jealous of the people who played before I did and got the 3 LE rides.

    • I know what you mean about the “wasted” donuts. It’s rough when it’s in Krustyland too, since you don’t spend as much time there as Springfield.

      • I am still building up my Krustyland, so I am there quite frequently. Unless required for a story line I have Krusty exclusively doing tasks in Krustyland. Everyone else stays in Springfield unless required in KL. These are not LE right? I have plenty of time to decide/pray to Superman that Gil will show up one day with one heck of a deal for me.

  14. I guess if you got all the land in KL it’s not necessary. I want the eyeballs of death but 100 donuts is steep
