SATURDAY, after our last Weekend Update, Wookiee jumped in to share some fun upcoming Hollywood Bowl and Simpsons Concert in September. All thanks to a reader’s comments.
SUNDAY: Wookiee started out our new feature, The Kidz Aren’t Alright, with Janey Powell.
Alissa then started the discussion in the Sunday Night Open Thread.
MONDAY: Alissa brought in the laughter with this weeks Caption This. She then came back later to announce the winners of our Whole ‘Nother Level Contest. They were amazing.
Wookiee then jumped in to give us a bit of Origin on Where Did THAT Come From George Washington.
TUESDAY: Alissa started off the day with the results of our poll on whether you took part in Gil’s Deals as well as your opinion on the next update. Then she provided the short short version in Turbo Tappin Level 27. Next, the Addicts Team decided to add a lil fun to the mix our our Anniversary by letting YOU ask us the questions.
WEDNESDAY: Wookiee started off the day with some of his Random Thoughts in his Diary of a Wookiee.
Alissa then jumped on in to bring a few Honorable Mentions for the Whole Nother Level Contest. Next she provided the details on the oh so random late release of another Gil Deal for Otto’s Bus.
Bunny then bounced on in to shed some light on the Glitches with the New Gil Deal.
THURSDAY:

FRIDAY: Wookiee started the day wanting to brainstorm some ideas with YOU, the readers, on What the Addicts Want Next. He then came back with some pretty cool artwork that the Wookiee Approves.
Alissa then introduced a new page that YOU had requested. A place to share Donut Deals YOU find around your town. So share those sales with your neighbors.

They made it sound like a War Zone, but if you break it down It seems to be a lot like a Renesance Fair type event.
I haven’t been able to play since the Gil update tried to load, EA said I didn’t have enough storage even though I have 28 unused gb, does anyone know how to fix this.
If you are on an Android device. We run into this a lot. We have to clear cache and data. Uninstall. Restart device. Reinstall. (I then move mine to the SD card and restart one more time.) Then see if the game will launch. If you have an external card it is on…still keep at LEAST 2GB free on main device as the game still relays through it for a moment on its way to the card.
I haven’t heard back for you about the update info I posted last night and see it’s still under moderation, have you found out anything about it being true?

How about this for a new game update next week?
Don’t send Wigums after me if I’m wrong, I’m just passing on what I just read, it doesn’t look look like the update we were expecting with the Momorail, but it looks interesting.
The Simpsons: Tapped Out is receiving a fairly large update next week, so if you’ve been looking for a reason to return to it after all this time, here it is!
The latest update has players engaging in strategic combat with troops armed with bows and arrows and swords. Talk about violence hitting Springfield! Players will be raiding their neighbors and defending their favorite city, and newbies can get in on the action too by downloading the app for free now.
The update will be going live next week, but check out Modojo for some early impressions before then!

Hmmm pure speculation…it’d be an interesting update…and an odd one (IMO), but we’ll have to see what this week brings. 🙂

What are you guys expecting this week? I’m HOPING for anything. A new FP prize (the pool mobile) for 10,000 points. You should tell EA if they just gave a FP prize every 2-3 weeks it’ll keep the game fresh.
I’m expecting something big. Hoping for an event but at the least a level. EA has been quiet far too long and I know they want to compete with other games. As for the FP prizes every 2-3 weeks, I couldn’t agree more.
