Welcome to another edition of From the Mouths of Addicts, where YOU get to sound off on anything and everything in the world of Tapped Out! This week’s post comes to us from a few different tappers. Everyday we receive TONS of emails from you guys with fun shots of your town, random thoughts about the Simpsons & of course…we’d be lying if we said it wasn’t our favorite… admiration for TSTO Addicts! So we thought this week we’d share. In addition, we also get quite a few comments with neat-o stuff. I personally hate when I think something might get buried in comments and not seen so to stop that, we included them here.
Our first item was an e-mail sent to us from a reader who asked to stay anonymous.
(I say this anonymously, being that I work at mac I’m not allowed to spill the juices, but ya didn’t hear it from me! Just wanted my TRUE Simpson addicts to get first dibs! Keep up the awesome blog!!)

Another great comment from the past week was from reader Inés Álvarez. She wanted to make sure everyone saw this hilarious video of Homer taking the ALS ice bucket challenge.
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), often referred to as “Lou Gehrig’s Disease,” is serious business and I applaude anyone who took the challenge and/or donated money. MyTube is full of celebrities and others doing this. My beautiful Ewok did the challenge and donated this past weekend even if California is in a drought. At least she watered the front lawn in the process.
Speaking of the little fuzzball, last on the list is a clip she made sure I saw the other day and I just wanted to share it. We talked about Judd Apatow writing a Simpsons script a while back but as Season 26 approaches, it’s coming soon. Mr. Apatow starts talking about the episode around the 1:48 mark.

Not sure what you mean for the first part. Best thing for Julie and you to do is converse in the Sunday Night Open Thread. You can use it all week.
Has EA fixed the problem with the shields disappearing when u go into KL? I need to get Madge. I leave the shields for my friends to get the max when my buildings burn. I call it a burn site. Lol
Some people are reporting it’s still happening.
I saw some one with to waterfalls… I just want one 🙁
I really hope EA brings back the waterfall for everyone. No way to have two the honest way though.
This is old. Another addition to my neighbors- unrequested. It shouldn’t be my job to monitor A&E to ensure another uninvited enters. I have better things to do than contact them about doing their job.
Stinks. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that the random town feature of this event opened a door for the randoms to return. Hopefully it’s just an isolated incident. Good news is it really doesn’t cause any effect to your game.
I did the ice bucket challenge and donated to Motor Neurone Disease Association which is the UK equivalent charity. Got soaked twice because my phone rang just as the water went over my head which stopped the recording. Not happy with work lol! Think the second bucket had more water in it too.
That’s awesome you donated, not so awesome on the technical difficulty but certainly shows your dedication. Strong work!
