Saturday IS Troop Replenishment day! A reminder that at 2pm EDT (1800 GMT) reinforcement troops will arrive in your Springfield and your troops will be maxed out! So be sure to use up what you have BEFORE 2pm EDT (1800 GMT)…because you won’t get a second chance today to have them replenished by EA.
Once 2pm EDT rolls around, many of you will be seeing this message on your Tapping Device informing you that a new wave of Nerds are ready for battle in your Springfield!
And when you sign into Springfield you’ll see this message popup:
Your troops have now been maxed out! A little gift from EA…
Remember this won’t hit until 2pm EDT (1800 GMT)…

I didn’t get this message or extra nerds in my game or in my alternate games… anyone else missing them? Also, does anyone know for sure that if you attack a neighbor by hitting the revenge button, they will see your name when they defend or rebuild? I want them to know when I return the favor. Thank you addicts!
I haven’t received my nerds either… waiting for a call back from EA about it. I’ll update the post when I know more. When you hit the revenge button, it’s supposed to go to the tapper who did the destruction. If they’re your neighbor, they’ll see you name. Otherwise it’ll say invader.

Hmmmm, I had 0 troops, waiting for the replenishment, and it never came…. (2:59 EST as I type). Re-synced, etc.

For me, this hit much earlier than 2pm ET. It was more like 9am ET.
I’m on kindle fire & didnt get this. I made sure all was cleared and ready – is it because I’m on kindle?

No reinforcements for me yet and it is 30 minutes past. Also having issues using Google play payment to buy donuts.

Aww not happened for me I have no nerds and it is now 19:23 British Summer Time – It goes red when nerds are maxed out right?

PS: 2pm EDT is 1700 GMT, not 1800. It is possible that we’re expecting this an hour early or was that just a simple math mistake and it IS supposed to occur at 2pm ET / 11am PM? 🙂

I’ve got all the prizes in my A-town. Have switched to nondefending mode. Did you get your nerds? I have not, and it is after 2EDT. I did a force close; still no nerds.

Thanks for the reminder, I had forgot! Time to deploy some nerds!
Also, if your castle is trashed and you repair it, you DON’T (immediately) get your nerds. You have to log out and log back in to get your nerd count up again. But I think this is where there’s a glitch and they actually take them away again when you go to attack.
Oh boy I can’t wait! BTW I’ve noticed that my nerds have been disappearing! I figured this is just EA’s way of nerfing the payouts since I got so far ahead – I guess when everyone gets too many nerds the whole thing goes exponential. Anyway just a heads up for my fellow raiders. Nerd while you can!
A very timely reminder as I just noticed it with 40 minutes to go! Also, the 3 castles are about to produce more nerds about 2 minutes before 1800 GMT, so I’ll leave them uncollected and use the bonus ones first. Thanks for the reminder Alissa. I would not have remembered on my own!
