Well here we are, October 1st and you know what that means? Halloween is coming! The Simpsons are notorious for Halloween shows, and TSTO is no different! Never failing to release an AWESOME Treehouse of Horrors update to our Tapping Devices!
So for this week’s show off….I want us all to get into the spirit of Halloween with a little Halloween Preview Showoff! Dust off those dead trees and graveyards and show us just how YOU decorate your Springfield for Halloween!

So the story here is the people who live in the Bad Dream House run the House of Evil shop. They have a private cemetery in their backyard which overlooks the Springfield cemeteries, accessible to all by the pumpkin path.
Of course the mental hospital is close by for an extra creepy factor.

Thanks Alissa! It’s one of my favorite areas in my whole Springfield. I’ve been playing since August of 2012, so all the items you see are from their original Halloween event release. Can’t wait to add to it this year!

All the cemeteries are in a different part of town, and more stuff is scattered all over town, but this looks like the highest concentration of assorted Halloween-stuff 😉

Really looking forward to Halloween, I started playing earlier this year so I have a few Homer graves dotted around my Springfield. Can’t wait to get some spooky additions, the THOH episodes have always been the best (also eagerly anticipating the Halloween themed WDTCF posts)
EA are not normally that quick at taking down updates. This CoC is due to finish on the 7th, I’d expect them to put the game back to vanilla before the huge install of Halloween.
My bet is on Wed 8th but could be on the Thursday or Friday!!
I seem to recall waiting for Xmas last year for ages!!
I really hope I eat my words cause I’m ready for the spooky season!

I’m thinking it’ll be Wednesday as well…but hoping it’s not. As that’s when I’ll be on a plane headed for our little Road Trip. And I’m not a fan of airplane wi-fi for updates lol
I wish that they would have stopped CoC this week so that they could have started Halloween sooner. I started playing in January so very excited to get Halloween going. Do you guys think that EA will jump right into Halloween on the 7th…or make us wait?

I’m praying that we have 1 more shot at getting kang!!! All last year I saw his flying saucer but never pulled the trigger on the premium boat (that honor goes to the Stonecutters) and am regretting it. Looking forward to Halloween in Springfield again…anyone else hoping for a Willie Kruger ( want to rake your acquaintce)
I’ve only been playing since June, so I have absolutely no Halloween decorations at all. I *NEED* Kang and Kodos, and the pumpkin house, and … well … everything. IT’S A NEED!!!!!
I’m looking forward to the end of CoC (too long!) and hope the Halloween event is fun. Yay for Halloween!
I really hope that there is a Gil deal. I’ve gotten low enough that I know I’ll need more for Halloween. Maybe I can find some real life sales (iTunes cards, etc.) in the meantime. I’ve been watching the thread dedicated to it.

I only started playing in March, and I’ve been envying my neighbours’ Halloween and Christmas decorations/characters ever since. I am SO excited for this fall’s holiday events!! With Halloween in particular, there’s a near-infinite number of Treehouse of Horrors skin possibilities for the characters. [Number’s 1 & 2 on my wish list: Stretch Dude and Clobber Girl!] Just hope Gil is feeling generous with some deals this month…a Springfield without Kang and Kodos lurking around just feels wrong, you know?

I nuked my town to build a huge clash of clones compound, so most of my awesome halloween stuff is tucked away. Soon I’m gonna have to dismantle my castle and rebuild my town up from the ground up. With halloween being my favoritest event/time of year EVAH! I think I’ll make a huge halloween area.

Hopefully, Gil comes around with donut deals! I started around Christmas last year so this is my first Halloween. From looking at friend’s towns I missed out on a ton of sweet stuff.
Its going to be my first eh alloween. Can’t wait for the spooky and awesome
