SATURDAY, after last weeks Update, Wookiee gave us a rundown on what we might expect from the new Simpsons Season 26 Episodes.
Now for this weeks fun…
SUNDAY: Alissa started off the week by giving us a really cool run down on some of the TOP Simpsons Episodes to date. Were some of yours there? Then the New Simpsons Episode hit and the Sunday Night Open Thread gave you all some room to talk about it and other things.
MONDAY: Alissa began the day with giggles in this weeks Caption This.
Bunny then hopped on in to give us a breakdown of the Simpsons Season 26 Episode: Clown in the Dumps. Did you expect him to die?
Wookiee then jumped in to give you some back story on the Origin of the BBQ Pig.
TUESDAY: Alissa began the day by breaking down the Conform-O-Meter for us.
The Addicts Team then launched the Trivia Questions for the latest contest. Did you enter?
WEDNESDAY: Alissa provided another amazing walkthrough for Level 44 Superfriends. Then she returned with another cool walkthrough, this time for Akira. She rounded out the day with the Showoff Reminder: Halloween Preview.
THURSDAY: Bunny gave a cool update on the Addicts Road Trip to San Francisco coming up this week. Are YOU gonna be around to come meet us?
Alissa gave us the details of a small subtle update that hit our games with a new skin and decoration for Bart, the Shadow Knight. She then put up the Walkthrough for Shadow Knight.
FRIDAY: Alissa started off with some details to help you figure out Should I Spend Donuts On the Shadow Knight. Then announced another lil small update into the game that allowed us to Buy Nerds. (insert Bunny: EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!)
Wookiee then brought in his thoughts and ideas of the upcoming possibilities for Halloween. WOOHOO!
SATURDAY: So do we have anything else in store for y’all today?? Well you’ll have to stick around to find out!

I was trying to save my precious sprinkles for Halloween but my OCD took over. I bought all 6 doughnut nerds. Both red and blue. I was regretting it even as I clicked confirm. At least the bonus is decent.

“our cool SEARCH tool” … does not work for me.
It results in an empty page with the word “Loading”. That’s it.(FF 32.0.3)
I was searching for some infos regarding the 4500 item limit (I reached it today 🙁 )
The 4500 limit is just a warning. When you go beyond it, you may see some texture glitches i.e. decorations/buildings turning into other things or pixellating. These are harmless. The max decorations is 7500 (yes I’ve gone that high) and the game will warn you every 125 after 4500. I always advise folks to stay at or around 6000 for the max. I had mega issues above it but have been good ever since I decreased down to that mark. Hope that answers your question. I double checked the search feature in our sub-menus and it worked fine for me from multiple platforms. Apologies it didn’t work for ya today.
Thanks a lot for the Infos! 🙂 This is exactly, what I was looking for. Good to read, that I still have some “space” for more items. I was a little shocked, when I saw this 4500 warning and I’ve already removed some “unused” trees, bushes etc. But from now on, I will have to plan my decorations more wisely. Do you think they will “fix” or enhance this limit someday?
Regarding the search functionality: It still does not work for me (FF). Same behaviour, even with clearing caches etc. But maybe it’s because I’m not logged into this site somehow?! This could explain, why it is working for you, but not for me.
Anyhow, thanks again Mr. Wookie. I guess it is true, what they say….:

Just curious… are you using the widget to the right or hitting search in the menus? We definitely want to make sure they’re working for folks. Glad to help. As for increasing the limit, they haven’t in 2 years so I don’t think so but a fuzzball can hope.

I’ve had this question bugging me for a while and I thought who better to ask about TSTO than you guys. I’ve just bought a boatload of donuts and already spent 200 on the shadow knight and now I can’t decide whether to buy the nerds or not. My concern is with the upcoming events and tie-ins would the donuts be able to last until Christmas. BTW I am a completist so I want to make sure the donuts would last at least till Christmas. Thanks in advance.
Boatloads usually last me about 6 months but it all depends on what you already have. Those sprinklies disappear fast when you start buying things. If I had to make the decision, I’d probably wait for Halloween and Christmas. There are two freemium nerds at least. I bought all of them but I have that luxury and am partial to nerds. They really don’t do anything. Ultimately up to you.
