I still see a lot of players panicking that they just don’t seem to keep up with the totals. So I am hoppin on in here with a breakdown of ways you can earn the Long Protein Strings available in your game each day.
All the information is very similar as it was each round. The more time you spend in your game, the more kids you have to trick or treat, and the more bags you collect will all contribute to YOUR individual results.
So you want those new Phase 3 Personal Prizes? Not sure how though? Let’s break this down a bit.
LIL RIGELLIAN ALIENS LONG PROTEIN STRINGS
These lil aliens are running, giggling, and possessing people all over your town. So what do you do to make the most of them? You play at a pace that suits YOU.
The Lil Rigellians spawn 1 every 5 minutes in your town for a MAX of 50.
That is 12 Lil Rigellian Aliens every hour.
Every 4 hrs and 10 mins, your town will MAX at 50.
What on earth does this all mean? Well, it means that you really can wait up to just over 4 hours before returning to your game to squish Rigellians, and still get the full impact of the 50 Squishes. (You just got to give the game a few moments to sync up and all the lil Rigellians will come to where you are in the game. Just stay in that spot a few mins and you will see.) Squishing Rigellians pays off in many ways, they drop Treat Bags and Grem-Alien Eggs too. The Treat Bags could even have MORE Grem-Alien eggs. So just more and more chances of MORE Long Protein Strings.
Each lil Rigellian Squished gives you 5 Long Protein Strings. So 250 Long Protein Strings in just over 4 hours.
To make it a lil easier on Math…let’s just say you go in every 4 hours. So 48 Rigellians every 4 hours, which translates into 288 Rigellians a day, which will in turn give you 1440 Long Protein Strings daily.
The daily amount you want to hit is at least 1242 Long Protein Strings. So some time spent daily in your game just squishing lil Rigellians is plenty to hit that goal.
So let’s say you may not be able to make it in your game that often, no worries. Still PLENTY more places to earn them…Again this will all depend on YOU and YOUR game play.
NEIGHBOR LIL RIGELLIAN LONG PROTEIN STRINGS
Every 24 hours you are allotted 90 actions (or taps if you will) in your neighbors. (This tap will be subtracted from every time you squish a Lil Rigellian, Shoot down a UFO if you got a glitch, or happen to cross a non updated neighbor and tap their $$ icons.) So make sure you use them wisely and to the best of your ability. ONLY squish Rigellians first.
90 actions daily that award you ONE Long Protein String each. So 90 Long Protein Strings daily from just visiting your neighbors.
RIGELLIAN HUNTING LICENSE LONG PROTEIN STRINGS
For those that want to spend a lil extra money, turn over 90 of your Pink Sprinklies and pick up the Rigellian Hunting License. What will it do? It will double your payouts on Neighbor Long Protein Strings. So instead of 1 per 90 actions, you will earn 2 per 90 actions. So 180 Long Protein Strings a day. That is 90 more Long Protein Strings Daily added to your total.
GREM-ALIEN LONG PROTEIN STRINGS
Those odd hybrids of creatures running a million miles around your town can stir up quite an annoyance. Trying to catch them scurrying off can be quite the chore, but if you DO catch them…you split the winnings with yourself and the Neighbor that sent them. If you let them run til they fade out in 4 hours, you get nothing from them. I personally say to tap the Grem-Aliens and share in the profits with your Neighbor. 2 Long Protein Strings each.
UFO LONG PROTEIN STRINGS
If you are lucky, you can nab an extra 50 Long Protein Strings from one of the Rigellian UFO’s. There are also many more awesome prizes you can get from them, the Long Protein Strings are just a nice boost if you get them now and then. Also, if you are MAX on your FP…keep tapping neighbors as you will find a free pink sprinkly here n there.
TRICK OR TREAT BAG LONG PROTEIN STRINGS
Many of you have noticed that you were able to win Ray Guns and Probes in the Treat Bags, well the same goes for the Long Protein Strings now. They just swapped out the Phase item each round. These will vary depending how many you get to pop out from Rigellian squishes, neighbor visits, Spooky House (if you have it), and the UFO’s. These extra bumps to your Daily Total can really help you get there faster, but not all required. There is a really good chance you will get some Long Protein Strings from each bag you collect. So send all kids (and Witch Marge if you have her) Trick or Treating to get those baggies. You can earn around 3 Long Protein Strings each when you get them.

As you can see, the odds of getting MORE Long Protein Strings will increase if you send the 8 hour task Trick or Treaters out 2 to 3 times a day and the 16 hours at least once a day if you have them.
PORTAL RIGEL 7 LONG PROTEIN STRINGS
This is also another alternative for those that do not mind spending 100 Pink Sprinklies to boost the amount of Lil Rigellians in your town with the Portal to Rigel 7. This lil stargate will offer up an additional 6 Rigellians into your town every 8 hours. You will need to make sure your town has room first before releasing them. 90 extra Long Protein Strings Daily may or may not be worth it to everyone, but it is another option to boost your counts daily.
RIGELLIAN HUT LONG PROTEIN STRINGS
This item now available to craft will not only add to the look of your Springfield, but also give you 3 extra Rigellians every 24hrs. It may not be much, but an extra 15 Long Protein Strings daily per Rigellian Hut may help give you that edge you need to get by.
So there you have it. MANY ways to easily hit the daily targets and earn the Personal Prizes for Phase 3. YOU just need to put in the time and effort. Where are YOU on the Long Protein String count? i think the issue is more in the way the ingredients (currently proteins) are gotten
A) there should be more ways to get those
b) the ingredients (or rewards of smashing rigelians) shoulnt change or at least be worth something (im talking about previous weeks, now useless “rewards”/droppings
C) the adult character should do something event-related (besides moe)
D) the event tasks (by the rigelian king, homer, moe, burns) should drop something (for the event)
At the end everything sums on my A point… which is basically that tapping hundreds those little rigelians hundreds (or thousands) of times a day, day after day, for weeks is sort of boring IMHO
I hope nobody gets offended by my statement (it just that i started playing FG:QFS and honestly think that TSTO was left behind by far (FG developers really blew my mind with their updates, building and characters for the event)
I would have love to get the costumes for the Halloween episode, more WorkClock Orange, more Eyes Wide Shut (Mr Burns specially)
those little things would have been awesome…
Boobierella (or wathever her name is) and the other halloween characters for the event seem too generic (the same as last year)
BACK to the ingredients… to brew… i am missing A TON (well some thousands) fences… 🙁 those doesnt drop as much as the should on the bags…
This may have already been posted but I am definitely only receiving 89 probes from friend actions. I had wondered this for a while as on my 30th friend only 2 taps give probes and the third is just money. Today I made sure that I was on a round hundred number of probes before friend actions and it was over 24 hours since I last tapped on or visited friends but I still only got 89. Any suggestions? Or have people had similar experiences. I don’t mind much as I’m still on track to get the UBO but was wondering as it has been the same throughout the event.

Ah thanks. Doesn’t seem to be linked to UFOs as at suggested as it’s always 89 even if I shoot down more than 1 UFO, but I will try the technique and see.
Also watch for Sideshow. Reports he was a cause too.
Okay, I am disappointed at this update. I play four times daily sometimes more. I visit neighbours daily, release grem-aliens as I get them, since the beginning of the update I have had all kids trick or treating this includs purchases of sherri & terri, Kearney, jimbo, squeaky voiced teen and I have missed out on all 3 major prizes. Attempting to create them is has been impossible as I am still waiting to get the queen which will mean I loose gates. I haven’t spent on other items in the create menu. The rocket things to blast aliens I never receive. I don’t understand how I can be so very far behind when I dedicate all my time. Very disappointed.
How do you get Greta to produce treat bags? Do you need a certain building?
She has an indoor task. Not outside like the others. Vulgari if you have it, Kwik E Mart if you do not.

So what you are saying is that since I have 8721 protein strings I should be able to get Burns if I play at a normal pace and visit neighbors.
This may be a lil late now, but for any of yu instated or in need of last minute protein stands? So I ended up purchasing the Portal to Rigel 7 and besides is stunning halo rippling effect, I noticed that every time I returned to my town it was ready to produce its expected 6 Rigellians, which normally equals 12 protein strands, but to my surprise I later found that the Portal would be ready to produce those Rigellians if I just refresh my town or log out and back in instead of waiting is estimated 8HOURS. It seems like this can be done infinitely because I’ve done it numerous times repeatedly and it works like a charm every time. Also I’ve found that by refreshing to do this trick/cheat sometimes even after tapping the Portal the Rigellian face icon would still be there so after tapping it twice it gives me 12 Rigellians ax oppose to 6 which equals to 24 protein strands when this happens. Besides the protein strands, the Rigellians proved from the Portal also give yu Treat bags and Alien eggs. I really feel like the purchase was worth this seasonal challenge, and can only hope it will have a purpose in the future, but if not it sure looks cool! I hope this info helps others as it has help me, and I’m not sure if this is a glitch, but if so its one of those good glitches! Happy Tapping yu guys! -*********
If you are interested in a rough estimation when you get UBO:
days = 14900 / (5 * (7100 / (2 * x)))
where x is when you got the final price in phase 2.
E.g. I got the final price on the last day (11?)
days = (14900 / (5 * (7100 / (2 * 11))) = 9.25
So, I should get UBO somewhere between day 9 and 10 🙂
Do you know what the final number of Protein Strings needed is for the final prize? I am at 8300 as of now.

Just a little heads up… i was visiting my friends and used a ammo to destroy a UFO and to my surprise 30 Donuts on plate was awarded to me WOO HOO!!

I hope for Christmas, they bring back the wheel. There was a technique to it, and once you learn it, you unlock everything immediately. I even unlocked the crap I couldn’t use because I didn’t have premium characters.
Maybe they can add Kumiko go to trick or treat next year
I work 12 hrs shifts and was at my max internet use in the past week so I couldn’t squish as much… I’m way behind. 3400 stings. I’m a few chocolate bars from the grand pumpkin but I don’t believe I’ll be able to get the queen and her hunt… Except if they stretch the event a little…

This is the right thread for this but I don’t really know where else to post can somebody please tell me how to contact AE I accidentally hit the wrong thing and instead of crafting the rigellian Queen I crafted a second Punkin house and now I don’t have enough rotten eggs to craft the queen so I need a key to take away the second pumpkin house and refund the craft material so that I can get the queen
