  1. writer’s building is now 150,000 on the re-release

  2. The writers building has a cameo in season 21 ep 15 – stealing first base. In the first few minutes, Homer throws his phone into the building’s fountain.

  3. great quest, still waiting for playable Bender character. :/ Or maybe new in-game playable area of New New York?! :sigh: I can dream can’t I?

  4. Thought someone said donuts at the end of the Groening quest? No?

  5. The Writers Building looks like an apartment building to me – and it has no sign in front to contradict that impression, so it goes into the section of Springfield that I’ve zoned for Multi-Unit Housing. I guess it may not actually be an apartment building, but in the story I tell myself in my head, an office building that looks like that was probably originally built for apartments.

  6. So Im on part 10 of the quest line. I accidentally hit on homer to do a 24 hour task. Is there a way to cancel that action without spending any donuts. I won’t be able to complete part 11 by 11/11 8GMT by the time if homer completes the 24 hour task. Thanks

    • If he’s in a building, store the building to kick him out. Otherwise if he’s outside…donuts

      • I don’t know if it will work with Homer (it might not, for the same reason you can’t store the Simpson house), but I recently discovered that, if a character is outside, you can cancel their task by just storing the character itself. This is especially great, because it means you don’t have to reset the timer on a building, which, for some buildings (like Mr. Burns’ mansion), can be a real loss, if they were getting close to payout time.

  7. Do you know, if I don’t finish the questline before the episode premieres, will I still be able to finish it?

    • It is hard to say…EA is being tight lipped on the end dates lately. I can say it is set to end completely on 11/11 8GMT…what stays beyond that is up to them.
