Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
Ah Thanksgiving! In the words of Homer….”The high holiday of gorging! Uncluttered with Yule logs, Easter egg hunts, flag saluting or the yoinking out of groundhogs.” That is until Puritan Flanders got in the way!
So now that Thanksgiving has arrived in Springfield, we at least Pre-Thanksgiving…it’s time to take a look at the Main Turkey Day questline. This year EA has decided to split it up into sections…with part released now and more coming Monday 11/24. In this post we’ll Turbo Tap the first part of the main questline (ie everything available before 11/24)…and we’ll update this post with the rest once it hits.

I never did get The Thanksgiving Meal Pt 2. Did I miss something? Should I still send be able to send all those characters or is the only permanent task with Lisa and Flanders?
I see some tasks still triggering. I think it depends on where you were in the game when the event left.
I was well done, all my characters had been free a few times but nothing popped up. Not a big deal unless I missed a prize or if unlocked permanent quests for the Simpson and Flandereses

Yup. But…there was an issue with the second table task and they fast tracked everyone to restart it. So…some tasks may have skipped.

Is there anything more after “More Leftovers Pt. 2” where Krusty goes to the Stomach Staple Center? Mind finished Saturday night/Sunday morning, but so far there’s been no other quests pop-up. Should there be, or was that the last of Thanksgiving 2014?

This event may be even worse than the Whacking Day fiasco! My only hope is they wanted to give us a break after the long halloween event. Huge donut purchases but aside from that nothing really to keep you comming back. Those who want to save their precious donuts are out of luck. Is the slow roll out annoying to anyone else?
Why is there no interaction with neighbors and why so many glitches? My last task with Lisa wouldn’t load and I’m seeing a lot of that in these comments. Lets all hope the xmas task is MUCH better.
This wasn’t an Event. That is why. It was just a simple week update. Nothing more. Events are really involved, run about a month or so. This is a LOT more than they did last year for Thanksgiving. Mini Holiday tie-ins are common. Like 4th of July. Simple n short. I expect Christmas to be an Event and more involved.

Help! My hubby had Homer “hate Gil even more” for 24 hours before the plastic surgery bldg dropped. Will he still be able to get it, as the task won’t finish until tomorrow?

Not only does puritan flanders not self punish, but once i tucked him away to reset, the quest disappeared! What do I do?
