Who’s ready for an all new Simpsons?! I’m loving this schedule this year…no long breaks, it’s great!
Anywho..our favorite Springfield Family is back this week with an all new episode! You know…the thing that episode tie-in was reminding us to watch!
Sunday night (11/23)…Covercraft airs on FOX. So just what do the Simpsons have in store for us this week?
This week Will Forte guest starts! (as King Toot!)
Here’s the episode information released from FOX:
“Homer has a mid-life crisis after Moe’s shuts down and Moe takes off on a trip with King Toot. Homer then takes up bass guitar and forms a cover band with some of the other dads in town. But the band’s modest early success is soon overwhelmed by the breakout potential of their most unlikely star, Apu.”
We’ll also get a glimpse of Sideshow Mel’s family this week!

Did anyone who was watching the episode catch who the four rock gods were (including Sammy Haggar, who wasn’t dead yet)? I know Jimi Hendrix was one, but it was so quick that I couldn’t catch who the others were…
Pretty sure the other two were John Lennon and Jim Morrison.
It was a “meh” episode.

Yep . Just keeps saying origin not available cannot reach server at this time , try again later.
It’s fine to play the game from scratch if you’re not logged in to origin but if you are logged out of origin you can’t log back in .

Still can’t login to Origin on phone or kindle! Did everyone else manage to get back in or is it an origin problem?

I thought it might just be an issue with my iPad, but I just tried on my phone & same-same; it comes up as ‘cannot connect to server’. blah. 🙁

EA acknowledges they are down at https://twitter.com/AskEASupport. Maybe best to wait until they give the go ahead.
Is anybdy else having trouble logging into origin right now?

Is there any news on the problem with ea? Both of my games crashed, and I can’t log in to my origin accounts. On my Kindle, iPhone, or their website..

I can log on to origins, but both games tell me the network could not be reached at this time. Hoepfully my tasks are not starting over or I haven’t lost anything important – especially right before tomorrow’s update! Yikes.

This episode looks like it will be ok, but not a favorite of mine.
Ooh, Mel’s family!!! I’m a huge Mel fan so I’m excited. The whole episode sounds awesome tonight. I’m a big music can (and love me some bass guitar!) and ahh I’m already amused by the thought of Apu’s breakout success. Thanks for the synopsis, I’m not a big TV watcher as a whole so I sometimes forget to tune in but definitely will tonight.

I’m reminded of Troy McClure’s line, “If that’s what they cut out, what they leave in must be pure gold!” Only I’m not being sarcastic at all – this is a really funny scene. 🙂
I’m really looking forward to seeing Sammy Hagar in the episode, even if it only ends up being a brief cameo.
