The Guidelines we at the Addicts set out to achieve across our sites and ask our awesome readers to follow as well. You can find the entire breakdown on our Guidelines Page, but here is an overview for you to get a good idea of what we are all about.
We are the Addicts. We are NOT EA. We are not owned by EA. We do not work for EA. We do not receive any payments or compensation from EA. Everything on our sites is our own thoughts, methods, details, and information. We have bought, paid for with our own hard earn cash, and/or played out in our own games. (We put in the time needed to get through them all.) We are a group of avid players that are here to help and assist other fellow players all we can with what info we find while doing so.
We want this to be an open environment and a fun one too, so we do have some things we ask of you when visiting our site…
BE KIND TO OTHERS: Allow each other to communicate their own views and respond to them in a courteous manner.
SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE: There is ALWAYS a much bigger picture going on than what you may see or think. Your view is limited to just your game play, your devices, your style, etc. So there will be many times that you may not know or understand the OTHER views. It does not make one better than the other, it just means keep an open mind so you can learn and grow by seeing the other sides of things.
KEEP IT PG: We want EVERYONE to be able to access our site and information we provide on it. In order to protect our site from being slapped with a MA or ADULT ONLY content restriction, we will keep and maintain the site to as close to a PG/PG-13 rating as possible. We ask the readers do as well. If you do not follow this, you may find your comments altered and/or deleted.
NO ABUSE: We will NOT allow attacks, trolling, vulgarities, racism, or other remarks that will incite hate, flame wars, or abuse towards any readers or any member of the Addicts Team. It is a known fact that the emotional state of a persons mind will impact the way they perceive something. This means if you are angry, you may take every comment you read to be angry as well even though it is not intended as such. It is a natural occurrence when you have a group of strangers coming together to have discussions, how you react though will be up to you. SPOILER FREE SITE: As we have come to realize after years, this game can change between concept and what is actually released into the game. Short story Long, we like to keep the atmosphere here positive and the discussion open. Nothing in the world ever will be. But as a community we can work together to make it the best it can possibly be. Laughter is always welcome.

The donuts for tokens has not been working throughout the event. EA aware, but no fix still.
Today I got a golden donut statue because homer made springfield explode exactly 10 tears ago. (So it said)
But i cant find anything on tour page about it. Is it a mini event? It got me 10 free donuts and a cute statue.

I have an Itchy question. I have been playing for a long time, and I’m almost at level 700 with close to five hundred characters.
I don’t have Itchy, and it seems like I should by now. His old pal Scratchy is lonely. Did I miss my chance to get him, or hasn’t he been available yet? I don’t remember of seeing him offered. If I did miss him, is there a way to get him? Thanks.
According to the TSTO Fandom Wiki, “Itchy is a limited-time character that was released on May 30, 2018, as part of Itchy & Scratchy Land 2018 Event. He is unlocked upon the completion of The Itchy-Est Place on Earth Pt. 4.”
It doesn’t appear that he’s been offered since then. Hopefully for you, they will offer him again sometime!

I’ve received a update this morning and all my neighbours have disappeared. I’ve tried rebooting which usually works but this time to no effect. I’ve contacted EA but still waiting a response. Is anyone else is having the same problem? If so contact EA, hopefully the more people report it the sooner it’ll get resolved

Morning everyone….
Well another frustrating glitch has just got my Springfield. After the the very annoying rollback earlier this year (which still hasn’t been fixed) this morning I had been logged out …. when I logged back in and decided to pay a visit to my neighbours I discovered I had none …over 70 tapping friends built up in 5 years of playing. ALL GONE …. gutted and ANGRY
Happened a few times with this event already… each time it’s been fixed. Just have a little patience, easier to fix than the rollback
I’ve just finished Act 3 and should now be collecting for bonuts but the tracker for this hasn’t appeared, same happened after Act 1 where I also didn’t have the chance to collect bonuts. Act 2 for whatever reason was okay. Anyone else with this problem?

I couldn’t find the forum/group where this could be asked. But, is there still a group/team that likes to re-design towns for folks? I’ve nuked mine and can’t get a layout that I can stand.
We don’t do that here. Giving someone else access to your town is a violation of EA’s terms of service for TSTO (unless that person is EA), so it’s not something we encourage or promote here. You’ll have to try the EA forums or another group.

Sometime last Friday night, my Channel 6, KBBL radio, daily challenges, metal depot, and glass depot tasks became 49 day tasks. Anyone else ever have this happen? Thanks for any input.

Does anyone else still have the tasks from the Pride Event? Does anyone know if EA is planning to remove them if you don’t complete them?
Anyone ever request a “building index/locater” like the Town Hall? – so you can go to any building in Springfield by doing a search? The Town Hall works so great with characters, but it would be nice to be able to go directly to a specific location too.

Just wondering if I’m the only one who can’t buy donuts.
Since May 31st this year whenever I try to buy donuts I get the message “there are no purchases to be restored”.
Because of this, I have missed collecting the Egyptian, Pirate and now the Parade items.
I’m on level 606, and spent over £1.5k on the game and have tried all the different ideas 16 different people at EA Help have suggested.
5 weeks later. ……..
Any one else having these problems ?

You are not alone, I get the same message. EA insists there is nothing wrong. It’s getting worse, I can’t buy donuts on my Android or my Kindle devices.
Afternoon.
So….after over 11 weeks I still cannot buy any donuts.
I have spoken to over 20 people at EA, all of them at first blaming either myself, my debit card, my tablet, Google Play or phone, before finally admitting they know there is a fault.
For the last 4 weeks, other than another message written by EA_Billie telling me to “stop bumping” (I don’t actually know what that means) or they will “Lock” the page (?), I have been ignored by EA support.
Just me, or others having problems ?

It’s been a Long time since I’ve posted on a web forum or bb, but I just started playing TSTO a few weeks ago and wandered onto this site. From what I’ve read so far you have a great set of rules about posting, and seem to enforce them uniformly. To me this is extremely important as I’ve seen too many great sites destroyed by trolls or insider bickering. Keep up the good work and maybe someday I’ll get far enough in the game to be able to contribute with some posts that are as useful as this site has been to me.
