Where Did THAT Come From – Piggly’s Super-Smorg

Note from Alissa: Christmas has hit the files.  Not quite sure what this means since this is REALLY late for a TSTO update.  Right now i see nothing in the app stores, but we’ll keep checking as we go through the info.  Remember…we don’t post spoilers/content until it’s actually in the game.

How’s it going tappers and tappettes? Everyone enjoying all the Thanksgiving stuff whether pixelated or belt size enlarging? Wookiee popping by with more origin info from new items that became available during this event. For this edition, we’ll be looking at Piggly’s Super Smorg.

At 140 donuts, this building comes with a character (Jacqueline Bouvier) and earns $135 and 15 XP every 4 hrs. While it’s just a quick blip in an episode, it does come from the seasons considered to be “classics”. Let’s take a look, shall we?

“Lady Bouvier’s Lover” (S5:E21). Maggie’s 1st birthday, an appearance of Mags hating Gerald the Unibrow Baby, some big band jazz AND Marge deciding that Grampa and her mom would make a cute couple. Gross.

I won’t go into all the way’s this is wrong so I’ll just say I’m with Homer. If Marge and his parents got married, they’d be brother and sister and the kids would be horrible freaks with pink skin, no overbites and five fingers on each hand.

Aaaaaahhhhhhh! The Horror… THE HORROR!!!!

Good thing this origin doesn’t have to do with freakish normal kids or the relationship and subsequent rock blocking by Montgomery Burns. This one just has to do with a restaurant seen in the episode. When Marge decides to set up her Mom and Father-in-law (blech), she takes them both to P. Piggly Hogswine’s Super-Smorg just like our new premium offering this Thanksgiving.

I’m sure a lot of folks would have preferred the Hal Roach Apartments but seeing as Mrs. Bouvier’s questline has to do with her “dating” Grampa, this one makes sense. It also really goes with the entire idea of overeating for Thanksgiving. What do y’all think? I’m cool with another restaurant especially because it adds tasks for several characters.
