Christmas has arrived in Springfield! Doesn’t the snow look glorious?! Of course…that feeling will last until December 26th…and then we’ll all be waiting for what’s next! 😉
Anyway…as I was saying, Christmas has arrived in Springfield and this year Santa has decided to take advantage of Springfield’s great Tax incentives and build his workshop in Springfield! (Of course Global Warming had a little something to do with it too…Lisa tried to warn them!) And naturally now that Santa’s in Springfield, a new event means an all new questline to follow along with!
So now let’s take a look at just who you need to keep free and for how long to progress through Part 1 of Christmas! (Remember…this event will be broken up into 2 parts…Jingle Bell Wreck is the first part and that will run until 12/24. At which point the second part of Christmas will start!)

Make Elves Make Toys- x20. They will automatically make toys. You just need to remember to clear the Presents over their heads every 4hrs. (Every 4hrs they’ll fly around Springfield with them over their heads…don’t worry they tend to stay close to the Workshop).

NOTE….Phase 1 does not end until the 24th..which is when Phase 2 will start as well. However, on the 23rd we’re supposed to get Part 13 of Jingle Bell Wreck. Which is what this popup is referring to.

And that completes Part 1 of the Christmas questline! You’ve got PLENTY of time to complete this before it ends…so DON’T Rush it! It’s a great questline with a really fun story…so make sure to take the time and enjoy it!

Currently on jingle wreck 14, is it normal for homer to finish task but not payout quest reward while task states done in quest bar?
Many are seeing it stuck.
I too am stuck at jingle bell wreck part 14. Have done all reboots and redown loads. Boo hoo
I have the same issue. I did Jingle Bell Wreck 14 and finished it but Santa Homer’s image is still in the open task list, but when I click it says it’s done. I have iPad so I went to delete the app to delete and reinstall but it says I will lose everything. At level 48 and MUCH money to EA I can’t risk that. any ideas anyone?
Have you tried going to Krustyland and then back to Springfield?
Jingle bell wreck part 12 hasn’t triggered,have sent Santa back to Moe’s to see if that helps, any ideas?
Is it showing 11 is clear? Or is that still showing in your task bar? Try going to Krustyland and coming back to Springfield and see if that helps.
I finished all the tunnels and got the cabin but the plant worker hasn’t appeared. Any ideas?

I finished Jingle Bell Wrecks days ago, but I don’t think I ever got Green Is Good. Did others of you ever get that?
I see quite a few friends have Homer flying Santa’s sleigh around springfield. How do I get this?? Is it a quest? I’m in the process of completing task 12-Springfielders & elves make presents & am up to date on all tunnel tasks. I am not a premium player

I finished this one, yet it did not re-start for me.
Should it have?
No. It won’t restart.
I have a task for santa saying deliver gifts but it’s greyed out.……anyone know when it’ll kick in I only have one quest which is complete the daily task😞 I like having more going on – keeps me playing more 🙈😂

what happened to part 2 of martin’s quest
It just never appeared. Not 100% sure if EA pulled it or will release it later…
I finished part 12 with the 100 elf tasks. But no green works part 2 even though my characters are all free. Any thoughts? I tried a reboot
Keep playing and it should eventually trigger.
