So by now you ALL know it’s down. Bart all over. Games randomly logged out all over. Tears. Phones hitting walls and floors. Loud screams. Hair pulling. And that’s just at my place. Lol.
We’ll I’m hoping this is something simple and they come back up soon. Cuz you can’t even get in the help desk or forums. So hang in there. I’m sure the red lights at TSTO central are going nuts right now.
I’m sure y’all will have to log back in again when it comes back. I’ve been having to all day.

Looks like we may be slowly coming back again. Give it time to fully restore. Contact them if you must but know there still may be issues on the support side of things.
Again…this is a S L O W process while they try to get millions back on. So don’t all rush it or it’ll just crash again. Give then time to fully fix it. Try in a few hours even. It will be a trickle effect. Not everyone will get right back on. Patience (yah right) 😉
So this is an EA problem? I’ve been kicked out a bunch in the last hour or so, I though I was on track with tunnel 9, but now I see that they are claiming I didn’t finish in 24. And I know I did! So will I get Feds to share with my neighbors or am I still not figuring out how to play this game? Now tunnel 10 isn’t playing nice…
I’m mad!
The ability to send Feds unlocks after Part 9 of the questline, not the tunnels. Just breath and tap on my friend.
Anybody else not able to collect from quik e mart since the update?

I have tried krustyland and neighbor visit and still cannot get into the tunnels. It just makes the little sound like it does when you open the tunnel screen, but it doesn’t open. Haven’t been able to open it all day. Any ideas? Also, what is the best way to contact EA. and lastly, could you post a strategy on how to utilize all of the simultaneous Home tasks that also may coincide with tunnels. Thank you so much for all your help. Btw is the email address posted on the guidelines page still active? I got a postmaster delivery failure notification. Thanks a bunch you all rock!
Have you tried storing it (if it let’s you) and put it back?
I tried that earlier… Wouldn’t let you store it. Seemed to be the hard close, relog, close again and finally the next log in fixed it for me..
When this happened to me last night. I got out of the game, closed the game, and restarted my device. I was able to get to my tunnels just fine after that.
I keep having the issue sporatically. Going to and fro Krustyland fixes it. Thx Alissa!
So I have not been able to get in my game since the 6th any one else still out?I contacted ea and they were no help.I have uninstalled cleared cache still cannot get on I play on a kindle fire.
Did you try triggering the phone call option for it? Usually the phone EA tech support is better than the chat or email.
Guess I missed all the fun or most it? I can not acess the elf tunnel. Neither way is working 🙁
Hard close your game and restart it. Or go to krustyland and come back. That should help 🙂
I had hard closed but it didn’t seem to help. I had also completed a quest too but it wasn’t “completing”… Read your reply and went back to try Krustyland… Quest popped up completed upon logging in and the tunnel was working! Ironically all the gluttons had the quest so I had been able to get it started before I could access the tunnel… Odd things are happening lol

It seems like it is back up now, I had no problems logging in when I did it about 21:45 UK time. This completely passed me by, I’ve had such a busy day that I’ve only had time to log in 3 times for about 5 mins each time. Feeling glad to have missed all the angst about being locked out, had enough of that from everyday life today.
I was just finishing up my last few taps of the night and was suddenly kicked out and got the origin network not available message. I’d had a hockey game and was really glad I’d had just enough time to collect my prize for the tunnel and visit my neighbors before the crash. So, I just put the phone down and went to bed hoping all would be well by morning… and it was!! 🙂

I was on at 5:00 am PST…but i cant seem to get on now. I will try to be patient. 🙂
I honestly have no idea if this had anything to do with fixing my game or not, as I did it around 6:30est (same time a lot of folks are saying they got theirs back) but mine kept saying that I was logged in with another device. I only have my android phone but I do have an origin account on my PC. I totally turned off my PC and no more issues. Hopefully this little tidbit can get someone else back into their game.
It’s a common error. Default. Just means you left or were kicked out of the game so fast it didn’t sync. So it thinks you’re still in there. No worries. Play on and continue
Still can’t access my game.. It shows my account on the startscreen with level 47 and when I tap it, it starts a whole new springfield. (Seen that intro movie about a hunderd times now since yesterday). After building the Simpsons house i’ll get the Bart screen. After try again it returns to the screen with the account on it. Tap, and it starts again from the beginning..
It sucks being hooked on an online game when the servers are not responding properly!!
Uninstalled the game, reboot, installed the game again and now it’s working again.. To bad i missed a day because of this.. 🙁
So because of this crash problem I missed out on my 100 gift bonus. What’s the best way to go about getting it? Who should I contact and where?
I also didn’t get my extra bonus elf from my daily playing prize. The fifth day “mystery box” prize that is now an elf. Yeah, didn’t get that either.
Definitely let EA know so they can fix it and know it’s an issue.
