How y’all doing? So other than making you think of a naked Wookiee or making you smile with a great Simpsons quote or both… I’m back for yet another origin post from the 2014 TSTO Christmas Event. The Feds are gone and our game’s are now an edition of Elves Gone Wild. With new stuff comes my promise to let you know just where the items come from in The Simpsons universe. For this edition, we’ll take a look at the Ski Lift & Stupid Sexy Flanders.
When phase two of the Christmas Event started, EA added a new premium offering to entice us. For 150 donuts, the Ski Lift and Stupid Sexy Flanders could join your games. Of course, the image of Flanders in a skintight snowsuit is the kind of thing that sears the ojos and is a tad unnerving to say the least. It has to be from an episode or could the EA programmers just like his rear quarters? Well… thankfully we don’t have to psychoanalyze EA just yet. These new items come from “Little Big Mom” (S11:E10).
Marge is determined to clean out the Simpsons attic and tries to sneakily do it and give things to Goodwill. Homer, Bart and Lisa thwart the transfer of their precious heirlooms. Who would want to give away a spare Christmas tree stand, a box for a toy, a flash cube with 2 flashes left AND skis bought during the Nagano Olympics? Of course, the only solution is…… To go skiing! Our favorite family is off to the slopes of Mount Embolism. Enter the ski lift which is much larger in the show than TSTO.
Homer’s journey up there on the lift is funny btw. As he decides which path to take (Widowmaker, Spinebuster, Colostomizer or Delamtator), another skier appears in a tight red snowsuit…
Flanders!?! The suits a little revealing but allows for maximum mobility.
Feel like he’s wearing nothing at all. As he shields his eyes, Homer ends up accidentally skiing down the mountain. No worries as long as he remembers what the ski instructor told him. Unfortunately all Homer can think about is Stupid Sexy Flanders as he takes multiple snow shots to his sensitive area.
Gotta say that I love Homer’s disastrous journey to the bottom only to get a ticket right back up the ski lift. So that’s the origins for our new premium offering. I personally think the lift is an ungainly addition to our towns but I had to have the Stupid Sexy Flanders skin. My solution was an addition to my Clausco Holiday Area.
I like the idea of Santa using Frozen to entice kids to become his slave labor force but that’s just me. Looks like Stupid Sexy Flanders is his first customer lol. For anyone curious, here are his tasks. I am so in love with the 12 hour outdoor task.

The ski lift should be for cash. I rarely get any donuts. Missing out on half the game.
Reminds me of the Robot Chicken ‘Star Wars’ episode when Chewbacca takes Han Solo home to meet his family…and it turns out that Wookies normally wear clothes.

So, this isn’t related to oh-so-sexy flanders, but I was curious if other people have this issue. I play on my galaxy and cannot get the game to turn when I flip my phone. When I’m charging my battery (bc I play this game way too much!) and trying to play, it’s a pain to have to be a few inches closer to the outlet. The Family Guy game allows flipping, is there a reason why The Simpsons game doesn’t? Does this happen to others on different phones? I apologize in advance to those who think this is a stupid comment, or if this has already been discussed.
It is something that has been that way since the game started. Can’t flip it. Drives me mad too. Lol.
Although now it flips on my iPhone 6 if I have the rotation lock turned off. Just noticed it last weekend.
