Who did you think will win the big game, the Patriots or the Seahawks? Don’t forget you have until 12 noon today to get your submission in for our Superbowl Contest. For those who have been wondering, according to wikipedia, the next Superbowl on Fox will be in two years — in Houston — so those who are saving donuts for tie-in stuff will have to hope for a TSTO yard sale. Sorry to be the bearer or this bad news.

Rookie, TPO, Marie Moni..l didn’t get an update that I noticed at any rate, but today I’ve noticed a couple of my characters saying different things.
Moderators do you have anything on that or am I only just hearing what has always been there? The sea captain comments about how he wishes he’d stayed at sea, Wolfcastle has a small cryptic comment which I’ve managed to forget already!! Oh grey cells, you fail me! And earlier today when I bought a few houses, Homer came in as a voiceover saying that in years from now, you will really appreciate buying that!…but only on one of the houses. I’ve not heard any of these before.
Just thought that maybe this is the update the others saw come in and may have downloaded to ours in the background???…maybe??

Since I started playing, I’ve occasionally heard Homer say, “Years from now, you’ll be so glad you bought that!” It only pops up from time to time, but it’s definitely not new.

The anniversary of The Simpsons Tapped Out is nearing. It was introduced at the end of February 2012. EA could use this date to push out The Level 50 update! Even more reason to have a specatular offering! Hopefully, something for not just the Premium players, though.

I have been on my tap out for 8 hours expanding my Springfield and I’m still not done….. How long does it normally take?
The only thing which I was excited about during last year’s superbowl was having enough money this year to get a Duff Racer or two. This year… No tie-in d/t NBC. No Racer.

I am saving up to buy the crazy cat lady. She is so expensive, but I cannot wait to have her mess of a character. I am a freemium player, so I think it is going to take awhile. Someone else mentioned they were getting extra donuts by visiting friends lately. I have also experienced this and love it! Hope it keeps up.
Have to admit, was kinda happy she made the TSTO grade, will take me ages as a freemium as well (I figure probably ~5 or so months 😉 but have other characters to aim for first!
I got her reasonably recently… Had been wanting her for ages and kept second-guessing whether to get her because of the cost, but I’m glad I did. I really wish she was voiced, since that’s part of her “charm,” but I do enjoy having her and it also gave me some peace to finally have her and stop all of the inner turmoil lol!
Hello fellow tappers. As today is Super Bowl Sunday, I was wondering how everyone felt that next years Super Bowl will be known as Super Bowl 50 instead of using Roman numerals. Seeing how nothing else really uses Roman numerals, will this be the death of the Roman numeral in America?
I hope not! And they are used elsewhere, for example a movie’s release year.

I’ve been thinking of nuking my town for some time now, but I remember Bunny posted the fact that those who earnt extra Squidport tiles from the glitch way back would lose them if the nuke button is hit…..Does this rule also apply if I put all my tiles in my inventory before I hit the button??

I’m on Level 46 right now. Ever since Level 44 I have not gotten any new tasks (Honest John Computers, ZipCorp Sign, Nelsons Mom). I dont know what I’m doing wrong!
Follow the questlines. XP Level is just experience. You need to focus on your Game Play Levels aka Walkthroughs.

Honestly not that excited about the game BUT I am excited for these sweet and spicy wings I’m about to make and some home brew! And the Puppy Bowl! Who else is excited for the Puppy Bowl? No one, just me? Ok. 😛

Remember when homer gets the Denver Broncos from Hank Scorpio that would have been cool to see something like that but yes she is right…. you know Fox is not going to tie in when it’s on a different network not Fox… Come on man.
