Due to POPULAR request….we’ve moving up our open thread time so that our friends outside of the US can participate too! Let’s get the conversation going! Oh and remember…just because this is posted here today doesn’t mean you can’t comment on it all week long. This open thread will still be open for comments long after today is over!
Now…enough rambling from me….it IS Sunday and you know what that means, right? Time for another Open Thread!

Hi guys!! Great website. Dont know if this is the right place to post but being a new tapper (level 12 haha) just got a couple of probably stupid questions- does anyone know if you have been playing the game on an android device is there any way of playing it on an ipad??? Would i just download the ios version and log in with origin account or is that not possible?? Also how safe is it to add friends on the game? Would they be able to see personal info about me eg my email address as dont want any strange people trying to email me?!? Thanks guys
Just log in with Origin and you’ll be good to go 🙂
And it’s pretty safe, they won’t have access to your email etc. Just your Origin ID name (not the email, the nickname)

Feel guilty so have shoved everything back into KLs so there’s something to tap on….except in Jamie’s town……still won’t be playing and Jamie will try to clear once a day when checking sideshow you for prizes. There’s no design happening….it’s just all shoved in one little area. Also added decorations and stuff to earn max tickets so I can buy stuff when I get going again.
Thank you for keeping me on your list, but please don’t feel guilty if a new event means you need max playing neighbours…I will send you request immediately I start playing again…you are wonderful neighbour I don’t want to lose.

Does anyone know why some of Ice Princess Martin’s tasks are set at the premium rate and others at the normal rate???

The two freemium priced tasks are the original two we got when the skin was awarded for free. The others unlcok only when you spent donuts hece the premium rates.

While in here, thought I’d update you on my PROgress?????? I think it’s actually called Regress.
Can you believe I woke up this morning with a majorly bloodshot eye??? no pain..no injury…they think it’s just one of those things that happens…I do suffer from ‘dry eye’….think it was their way of saying…Ya just getting old woman!!! I didn’t have any pain at all, and no indication that it was bloodshot so you can well imagine I scared myself stupid when I looked in the mirror and saw my normally green eye surrounded by raw blood colour…talk about a scary granny!!!! lol
Also had another examination on my arm and wrist….they now think I not only have De Queervains Tensovytis which affect the nerves in the thumb, but because it hasn’t run true to form, they think I also have Watenberg’s Syndrome which affects the nerves in the forearm…so now I am waiting to see dr again which by the by isn’t this Monday after all….it’s the following Monday….23rd…..so another week and a bit away but hopefully I will have some answers, if not all the answers. will let you all know what they say.

Alissa!!! Are you saying I’m a chat-a-lot?? Lol…well you’d be correct!! At least typing like this, I can go back and change the way I say things or any typos I spot that auto correct didn’t…or tried to put in! Lol
I actually feel ok…just very limited in what I can manually do…which of course means the old brain is working overtime thinking thinking thinking!…at present I’ve managed to restrain it to thinking up new town designs…but if I don’t keep this old brain on a short leash…..well……the world just would not survive!! Lol

Sorry about your eye and your continued wrist woes (try saying “wrist woes” five times fast lol!). Have you had your cortisone shot yet?

Hey Sandra…I did try to say wrist woes fast five times and I tell you I’ve made up some new words already! Lol
The other night my daughter rang to tell me she’s had some dyslexic tongue moments at work and they now call them Lou-isms after her (Louisa). She told me that one she said was that she was hungry and had a growling stomping instead of stomach…welll while we were chatting the subject of allergies came up and I managed to help her with one of my own Lou-isms!! I said I had heard more about lactose intelligence!!…so now when her workmates ask her how her growling stomping is, she is going to tell them that she has it on good advice from her Mum…her growling stomping has lactose intelligence!!😉
No cortisone yet…have to wait till 23rd to see specialist to find out what is happening…according to what I read, cortisone has limited benefit for the Watenberg’s syndrome…so will just have to wait and see now.
The new possible diagnosis does explain far more than just the De Queervains diagnosis…just got to hope the specialist is willing to listen to the OT about it now. One of the precursors is a broken forearm which I have had and I get irritated wearing wrist bands, watches, bracelets etc on my left arm which is another good indicator of nerve damage in the forearm…much more so than just thumb nerve damage. Just makes more sense to OT and myself, so now we have to see if specialist agrees. Will know Monday week, so will let you know then.
