Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
Level 50 has arrived in Springfield! With the all new Level things are focused around the Lovejoys…including all of the buildings/decorations introduced with it! The one premium decoration of Level 50, the Murderpuss, is actually a fighting robot built by Jessica and Rev. Lovejoy! Now I know you may be trying to decide if this bot is worth YOUR donuts, but don’t sweat it! We’re here to tell you what’s worth the donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add the Murderpuss to YOUR Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this battle bot to YOUR Springfield!
Building/Decoration: Murderpuss
Donut Price: 30 donuts
Dimensions: 2×3
Bonus %: 1% on all cash and XP
Conform-O-Meter: Vanity +10
Unique: No, you can have as many as you want
Pros:
-Animated when tapped
-1% is a decent bonus % to earn for donuts paid.
-Looks cool
Cons:
-No character interaction
-Could be hard to place in Springfield
-No questline associated with it

Premium Take:
Another tossup. The bouns % is nice so if you can slip them around your Springfield it’s not a bad buy (although I still prefer the Nuclear Warheads or Cop Cars if you’re looking for good Bonus %). The thing with decorations is they’re a personal choice. it all depends on how you want your Springfield to look. So if you think this is something you can work in your town, go for it. If not, take a pass on this.
Freemium Take:
Pass on this one. For the bonus % awarded I still think the Nuclear Warhead or the Cop Car are your better choices. So if you’re looking at it strictly from a strategic POV…pass on this one.
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would/wouldn’t do…and I can tell you I have not purchased the Murderpuss and I don’t think I will. However, this is NOT a Limited-Time Item so take your time with your thought process. The Murderpuss will still be there in a few weeks. So if you’re on the fence or worried about saving up your donuts relax..there’s no rush to get it.

I’m passing on this for sure. My bonus percentage is high enough without it. I just don’t like how it looks. If it had a purpose in any way, I might be tempted, but not for something that’s just going to sit there…

I got a good chuckle when I saw this MurderPuss available for the Simpsons Tapped Out (yes its The Lovejoy’s related, 30 Donuts is cheap but I still think Tappers should save their Donuts for something else coming Easter 2015, or for Level 51, or another Event).
A shame that you cannot interact with it using Springfield characters (not even a decent quest, what a shame EA, a lost opportunity for Ned Flanders to doll out some pennance for all sinners (lol).
I know I’m not the only Tapper whose complaint is that most Female characters are Premium (maybe EA should start rewarding them for long time Tappers that play daily) 😉
The Jet Engine Bike is a far better deal, offering 2% bonus for 30 donuts.
Agree, on the pass…for the same number of donuts, I can get TWICE the bonus % for the jet engine bike (which is actually a better deal than either the nuclear warheads or the cop cars, from a donuts-to-bonus-% perspective). Plus, it’s kinda weird looking and not something I remember from the show (guess I haven’t seen that episode yet).
I do think it’s interesting that you can get multiples of it though…would be interesting to see a Murderpuss “army” somewhere, lol!
If only we could get Chief Knock-A-Homer as well…
As much as I love this game, I am never happy with the way my springfeild looks. I found a really nice design on Google but it has tons of premium items. 🙁

I put this next to Frinks lab, there is a red cable coming down the side of the lab that looks like it plugs into this, so they fit together well. Both are in my superior squad area with various odd vehicles, so they don’t look out of place.

No sweat! Ya’ll work so hard on this in addition to so much else going on! I usually don’t say much about typos but this time i had to! I was thinking when i saw that “i wish” LOL! Plus you prolly would of gotten nailed about it heavily! Cannot have that! 😉
