Turbo Tappin’ Premium Stuff: Frank Grimes

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Frank Grimes is back in Springfield! That’s right my friends…level 51 is a trip to the Ouija Board as previously deceased characters return from the grave!  Either that or it’s just another Zombie Apocalypse!

So now that there’s a new Level in our tapping devices, you know what that means right?  Time for another Turbo Tappin!  So with that let’s jump right in and Turbo Tap the Premium Questlines of Level 51!

As we mentioned in the Level 51 rundown post Frank Grimes and the Forgotten Grave will cost you 160 donuts.  Once purchased and placed in your Springfield the questline will start up (with Homer)…but it’ll take a little effort before Grimey is unlocked.

So now….let’s get to Tappin’ shall we?!

A Sign of the Grimes will start up once you’ve successfully “dug up” and unlocked Frank Grimes.

A Sign of the Grimes Pt. 5

Running from start to finish, with out using donuts, it will take you 4 and a half days to complete. (that includes the digging up part)

What do YOU think of the new update?  What are your thoughts on the characters chosen this time around?  Have you purchased Frank Grimes?  Any thoughts on the dialogue?  How about the way the “brought him back”?   Sound off in the comments below, you know we LOVE hearing from you!

I was gonna buy Grimes, but can’t find him in the store. They took him out recently… Hopefully he will show up in “the vault” for sale soon. He is on my top five most wanted characters for the game

  2. fwiw, note that grimes doesn’t seem to work like other characters…I started him on the 24 hour task and didn’t realize i was tying up homer as well. Storing his grave doesn’t stop the task. Hth

  3. I bought him, but he doesn’t appear, there’s no unlock screen, even after going to friends/krustyland force closing the app and rebooting

  4. Also putting stuff from one town to another would also be cool. I mean if they are you’re premium items you bought that are taking up stuff you should be able to add to another account of yours.. Good idea🍩🍩🍩🍩sorry doughnuts have wrong color frosting….

  5. I agree that there should be a icon in you’re program that says how many objects you have in you’re town. It’s almost like ea wants you’re town to get locked out so they can laugh a bunch and be like ok here well in freeze it for you… That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard it should just say can’t build anymore and make it so you either don’t put more stuff in you’re town or just put more into you’re box or nuke you’re town and then rebuild a little more less then before till they make the max higher or something like that.

  6. No mention of Frank Grimes, Jr.? It wouldn’t make sense to have a son roughly the same age, I suppose.

  7. Apologies in advance but I couldn’t find the relevant post for my question, so I would like to ask here.
Wookie, I think it was, mentioned that his TSTO account was locked out for 3 months because he went over the item limit on his Springfield and it essentially locked up, requiring EA to un-freeze it.
Is there any way for us to know what our item count is? That would completely suck to have that happen.

    Thanks! TGIF.

    • Not without nuking your town. However, you get 2 warning messages. One when you’re still pretty far away, but at a high number. And another when you’re just about at the limit. So as long as you haven’t seen the warning messages you’re safe.

      • Sorry, Alissa, if this is redundant, but I just need a little clarification: I got the warning message for 4500 last week, removed some items, got it again a couple of days later, removed some more. You said 2 warnings (one early and one at the limit), but do you know if it will continue to give warnings at the limit? As in, if I keep removing what I can but I keep building, will it let me know EVERY time I hit 4500? I’m a premium player in a NOT modded game with no house farms (except 10 brown houses as neighbor-tapping emergencies) but I do like to make my Springfield as realistic as possible, with gardens, fences, trees, lamp posts, etc. As long as the warnings keep coming, I should be in the clear, but I hate to remove all my little details unless it’s absolutely necessary.
        Thanks for your time! 🙂

        • It’ll pop at 4500 and then… every 150 I think. I’ll have to test it again. I just know they keep coming every so often after that. Then if you drop below and hit it again, it’ll come back.

  8. There should be a way of giving stuff from one account to another. I seem to get all the better stuff in my B town (from the boxs) that I would love to have in my A town (and sometime more of the rare donuts too!!) So that option would be cool. Also people could donate stuff to others, such as the eggs from last Easter but with other stuff too, just my little idea. Happy tappin’ 🙂

  9. If they are bringing back the dead then Maude should have a skin to be a human instead of just being a ghost.

  10. I will get him definitely, just need to save a few donuts first! Do you think we could be looking at another Zombie event?

  11. Frank Grimes is on my want-to-buy list, but I’m a hundred donuts short 🙁
