Just an FYI… I intentionally did NOT complete a task in one game, it rolled over to be the FIRST task of the next for me. Just so you are aware. So finish them BEFORE the reset or you will have it become the next day’s task.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I just recently got the ability to spawn the mutant corn in my town, and leave corn in neighbors towns. With this, also came some sort of leader board. Seems to be shared within neighbors only, and not whole TSTO, but is there anything to this other than a leader board, like does the top person get something more, or do we know yet?

All 12 of my towns were: 1hr, 2hrs, 2hrs, and 4hrs. Been seeing little green things running around in some of my towns even before I leveled up to 3. Looks like this is going to be a lot of fun. Hope I can keep up. Wondering how my two no name towns r going to fair, seeing there isn’t any interacting with neighbors. Did fine with the Superhero event except for the red phones. Lol. Sandra, LOL. It does get interesting. Almost burned myself out with the last event. I had a 100 friends I visited each day in 10 of the towns also. That is my favorite part, seeing how people build their towns. They r like snow flakes. Each one is different. There were some people who had stopped playing after the event that I unfriended and I did not replace them, so hopefully, this time it will be easier. Lol. Time will tell. Can u tell I am an addict? I think I have a glitch. I am able to send Mutant Seedlings to some of my neighbors. The mutants I send run all over neighbors town but none appear in mine. I get notification that neighbors visit my town who I’ve sent mutant seedlings to but receive none in my town. Is anyone else having this problem. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Remember… you can only send Mutant Seedlings if first… you get one to send…. then if you are at point in questline that allows you to send them.
As far as the “winnings” It may take a lil bit for the game to sync they did or did not tap the seedling in the 4 hrs given, then send the info to the server, then to your game. Previous Events it can take up to 24hrs to see the pop up.
I just updated an hour ago and his first task started with 4 hours of Make amends
That’s not a daily task. That’s the questline. You’ll need to build Monsarno Research to trigger the daily tasks. Questline details are here

My daily tasks for 4/16- 1hr, 1hr, 2hr & 4hr.
I still find it slightly comical that “Sideshow Bob is still sighted in my Springfield”. If my assumption is correct and we get a proper Sideshow Bob character sometime during this event, I’m sure that Bob sightings may cease in the future!
Is there a list of a minimum set of characters to keep free that will cover Cecil’s tasks? (So I can feel safe sending everyone else on their 8 or 16 hour event tasks?)

I find a few places at work to hide each day. (IE: bathroom, utility closet, stairwell, rooftop, etc… You have to be creative.

Woo-hoo! Completing the 4th of today’s tasks gave me enough trowels to get the 200 Fertilizer and that meant I could upgrade the research centre to level 3. Should have completed the Chaos She-ory tasks in time for my friend visits tonight 🙂
