FYI… If you did NOT complete a task from the prior day, it rolls over to be the FIRST task of the next day. You will lose the higher payout. So finish them BEFORE the reset or you will have it become the next day’s task.Â

Hah, of course it’s a six hour task the day I have to work late and won’t get home until 6:30. I guess I’ve got task one for tomorrow covered.
If a task completed before time runs out, but I don’t tap them until morning is it still completed. Confusing question hopefully someone understands.

Oh wow, this whole time I didn’t get that till now… So it’s good to keep doing the tasks even if you can not complete it in time before the next day? It will give a jump on the next days tasks.
So far mine have been matching and I’m on the 3rd. If my last one will be 6 hours I won’t complete it before midnight.
If you won’t finish before midnight yes, but it’s always better to finish all 4 tasks each day.

Dumb question, why do I have buildings to tap after a neighbor has visited? We both are up to speed as far as I can tell. Should I not be clearing my mutants? I am confused.

It means they haven’t upgraded Monsarno and unlocked neighbor actions just yet.

I meant to say they have upgraded and unlocked the actions. It does not happen all the time, just once in a while. I am worried that If I have tapped all my mutants, does that mean there are none for my neighbors to tap?

Nope your mutants you tap in your town have nothing to do with what they’ll see when they visit. When they go to your town they shouldn’t see any buildings available to tap.
Do you have to send ALL the characters on the daily tasks or can you just send one or two.
You only need to (and should only) send 1 character to complete each daily task
My last task (6 hrs) is send a celebrity to hide in the Simpsons basement. Have never seen that one before. Today is the first time in several days that mine has followed Bunny’s list (2,4,4,6).

Question: If your last task from Cecil finishes before midnight, but you don’t click on the yellow thumbs up icon until after midnight, does that mean you failed to complete all of the tasks for that day? In other words, can I go to sleep knowing that the 4th task will finish before the deadline, even though I don’t click on the “finished” icon until morning?
Yes, you’ll need to complete and clear the task before midnight in order to get credit as a task for that day. Otherwise it’ll roll over into the next day

If I’m the same as Bunny, which I have been every day so far, I’ll be cutting it fine this time. I’ll still have a 6hr task to go and won’t be able to start it before 16:00… And I’ve got an interview tomorrow so I should be getting an early night, but finishing Cecil’s task is probably more important 😉
I am a freemium addict player. I am currently at 4843 fertilizer, 2920 corn, 13303 trowels, and 1 seed. I am in the top ten of my neighbours’ list (thanks in part to the help of some generous friends – Thanks guys!!). I expect I will get the mutant plant the morning after next, leaving me four days of donut collecting. I am guessing the farmer’s market will probably be craftable about the end of act 1. I had a bit of a slow start trying to coordinate the tasks and occasionally I accidentally give a second person a Cecil task. So the scores could have been higher. But I agree, it has been a lot of work for stingy prizes (e.g. buildings with no income and a building with a two day income), I am wondering how many hundred donuts Bob is going to cost or are they going to award him for free like Radioactive Man. Also is he going to have superpowers like breathing underwater and kicking boulders several houses.
Started with a 2 hr and now on a 1 hour.
The times of the quests are really annoying. If you dont wake up during night its pretty hard to complete them without donuts. And the crafting system.. how should u get enought things for all of them?
You need to send your characters frequently, that’s the best way to do it.
As far as the daily tasks…I’ve yet to wake up once in the middle of the night, or start a task before I wake up at 6am and have never not finished them. It’s doable, you just can’t wake up at 10 or 11am and expect to get it done.

Yeah probably because you didnt finish the quest from the last day so this becomes the new first task
Maybe, maybe not. I have finished every day, except one, and until today my first task has only matched these posts once. And even the one day I didn’t finish everything else that day matched up.
And today even though my first task matched, my second did not. This says 4, I got a 1.
And I think it was yesterday when these parts said 1 or 2 hour for the first and I got 4. There does seem to be something effecting some of us differently since some say the same as me.
This is the first day I started off matching you in a few days. I just wish I had woken up during the night to start the quests. At this point I have to check them and start the next quest to finish today.
Woohoo! Willy’s tractor! Been waiting for this! Didn’t hesitate one second. Been wanting to put this in my crop field on old Simpson farm since I seen it. Glad it finally hit. Decent price for a cool decoration. I have to say I am liking my farm area the best out of my little town right now. 😊

When I go to upgrade Monsarno Research, it says ” continue the story in Act 2 to unlock more upgrades” . What I have to do to unlock Act 2 ?

2 hour task then 1 hour task. I haven’t matched the days predicted tasks since the beginning & I’ve been doing 4 tasks a day!
Same here. My first task hasn’t matched in days, but everything else had. Today I match everything except my second task was a 1 hour, not 4.
There has been some speculation of why posted times don’t always match up with everyone else. In my particular case, the times for the 3rd and 4th have been pretty consistent, while the first two are usually different. [FYI, I am expecting my first task for April 22 to be 2-hours.—see if your time differs. 😀 :p]
The possible reasons for any discrepancies in task times between players are varied; yet, in the end, don’t really matter. I still constantly check her stats as a measure of how much sleep I can get that night!

Weird, I’ve had 2, 1 so far
first task is 2 hrs…
I’m on the second task right now. First was a 2 hour (first time in days my first task has matched these) but my second task is a 1 hour.
Am I right to assume that Act 2 hasnt started yet? My Monsarno Research is ready to upgrade from Level 7 but it keeps telling me I have to wait to “continue the story in Act 2”

I was wondering if sideshow bob and Cecil are definitely going to be fully playable characters? I know it seems like we are but I was wondering if it’s been confirmed or is just assumed. Thanx and have fun.
We will have to wait and see. Nothing EA has confirmed as of yet, so until it goes live in the game… just speculation at this point.
…it kinda looks like they should be seeing as they are listed as a set of characters…fingers crossed!
Well, they are part of collectible characters, so I would say yes (Cecil is already in there), Bob has his place in there together with other characters (so far Cecil and kid one are in the game.

I am really enjoying this event but 16hrs worth of tasks for the last three days is pushing my limit!
