Here are the Top 5 I always leave free for the Daily Tasks (also in the post below). This allows my other Characters to focus on other Material earning tasks. (This list was made to be friendly to all players. If you have some Premium Characters that could replace them with, feel free to.)

FYI… If you did NOT complete a task from the prior day, it rolls over to be the FIRST task of the next day. You will lose the higher payout. So finish them BEFORE the reset or you will have it become the next day’s task.

Does anyone know if Cecil will become a permanent character at the end of this event or will he disappear when it’s all done?
I do think he’ll stick around.
So I’ve been playing over 2 years & have almost all the characters. I have yet to craft anything even thou I’ve been playing non stop. I’m at level 19 & 13 on the squirter. Plenty of gas mask. All I’ve gotten is all the free buildings that are rewarded. Which to me suck. They all look the same. By far the worst event ever. I’ve spent more donuts than I usually do in the hopes to get something. I barely have 3,700 fertizler, 7,000 corn, & 5,000 DNA. Has anyone else had this problem? I only want two things farmers market & the grub truck. Thanks.

I play many times a day, and plan the completion of Cecil’s Tasks carefully. I am VERY unhappy that I did not receive the 4th Task Payout on at least three occasions. I just discovered that it is because EA forces you to tap “Done” before the reset, even though the Task completed hours before the reset. Tapping “Done is not part of the Task, nor is it described as part of the Task. This is a programming error and should be fixed. The next days first Task comes up as “Done” even though you never started and/or sent anyone to complete the task! It makes no sense and it is illogical.
I have ‘lost’ hundreds of points due to this problem.
It’s not a problem, it’s how it’s supposed to be done. You have the clear the task so the task is counted as complete (clearing one of Cecil’s Daily tasks can be done by tapping the done button or hitting the thumbs up of the character when they’ve completed the task). It’s like that for everything. You always have to tap the thumbs up so a task is counted as complete. It’s not a programming error…it’s tapped out. You don’t have to tap done, you just have to clear the task. Just like everything else.
I don’t understand why my tasks for obtaining Bob and the opera house won’t start. My mon is 19 and have all the required characters not doing anything so they can do tasks but nothing ?????? Hope u can help
Level 19 where? Monsarno or TSTO level wise?
The Monsarno levels have NOTHING to do with the main questline (except that you have to level up to level 8 as a quest). So it doesn’t matter how high or low you are, as long as you follow the questline the next stages should unlock.
Take a look at the questline walkthrough, see what the last part you completed was and see if you have the right characters available to trigger it. If you do and it’s just not triggering, contact EA and let them know what’s going on…

This 4 hour task will save me from having to do that 6-hour task on Monday morning. Unless the second task on May 4 is also a 6-hour task. 😕

I just do not know what is going on lately with me and posting but i cannot do a reply to the newest post without an option to “continue reading”! Anyway, i wanted to verify the upgrading thingy! Per the research center, Stop at 19 bc there is no great benefit and stop at the frink thing at 15 for same reason! Am i correct?

Some are stopping prior to that, but yea don’t go beyond that (At least IMO)

Upgrade to 20, don’t stop at 19.
19 and 15 are the best numbers to stop at. Level 20 only gives +1 more resource to a few set of task, not even all of them.

Quick unrelated question – is Botanical Garden (from superhero event) considered Springfield or zenith city building?
Depends on who you ask. I consider it a Zenith Building…but others might not.

It’s totally part of Zenith City; in fact, it’s the very first item you got to craft for it.

Started playing about 2 weeks ago. now at level 14 and have no problem with collecting gas masks. already at 10500. its quite easy if you finish your daily tasks and tap away at mutant bobs.
only thing thats hard to come by is fertilizer, but that will be solved with the Herbicide Aquirter i hope.
