Random Changes Level 52

Hey there Hoppereenos!

Oh EA… you just do not think we are busy enough? Nope! Not at all! So, why not… THROW ANOTHER LEVEL AT US!! BAM!!!
lunchladydora_find_ingredients_out_image_5

For the basics on Level 52 overview, see the post HERE.

For starting the new Level, you will need to have completed the previous Levels prior to move on. So you need Game Play Level 47 done to move to 48. 48 to 49. 49 to 50… and so on (Main Walkthroughs complete). You also need to make sure you XP Level is at the same Level if not higher (it is common for the XP to be higher than Game Play usually).

Now to the Random Changes….

First off, with another new level comes more new pricing. This means all items on previous levels will move down in cost. WOOHOO!! Following are the new price changes for the current Buildings in the town. The Base price of the building is in red. The multipliers for the Level will be next to them. You can see how they decrease as a new level hits.

Level 52: 4X Cost
Level 51: 4X Cost
Level 50: 3X Cost
Level 49: 2X Cost
Level 48: 1.6X Cost
Level 47: 1.4X Cost
Level 46: 1.3X Cost
Level 45: 1.3X Cost
(Level 44-1: No Multiplier)

As you can see to top two highest levels and bottom two are the same, so during those blocks you won’t see a change. Think of it this way. When you buy a car brand new, it is at its top dollar mark up cost. Overtime, the car depreciates in value and continues to until it hits the bottom or base cost. Same here. The Buildings are expensive brand new, but in time after more NEW things are introduced, its originally cost will drop.

If you want an overall on ALL the pricing, check out our Realty Guide Page.

NEW BUILDING COSTS

Remember…the BASE price is indicated in Red.  The current price is in black. Don’t confuse the base price (in red) with the current price (in black).

CHARACTERS VOICED

George Washington hunt jebediahGuiseppe avoid losing fingers

Some of the Characters didn’t really make much of a sound when they were brought into the game. They still do not quite make that much noise, but George Washington & Guiseppe do make some noise now when tapped.

CHANGES TO BOB CLONES

Mutant Clone 3.2 Mutant Clone 2.1 Mutant Clone 1.1

It looks like the timers on the Clones are back to the same as in Act One. So now you will see them Spawn every 10 minutes instead of the 5 minutes.

Another change that is more a visual one, you will now ONLY see the Clone Bobs in Neighbors towns instead of them and the Mutant Veggies.

(If you look at the images here, you will also see the lil actions the Clones do if you let them stop for a bit. One Pops like Popcorn, One dances, One rubs butter all over himself. Lol.)

EVENT TASKS NOT HIGHLIGHTED

Many Players have been vocal on this one. Essentially, when a task has “priority” on the list it is highlighted in Yellow and appears at the top of the Characters available tasks when you go in to assign them jobs.

After a while, those tasks tend to lose their “priority” and get shuffled into the appropriate time slot for the Characters instead. This has been going on now a while in the game, but just wanted to touch on it again.

In short, don’t worry. The tasks are still there, just being moved down in the “priority” line to the other tasks. So make sure you are sending them out on the task you actually want them to do.

TRADE DONUTS FOR IN GAME CASH

This was introduced a few Levels back, so I am just updating it for the newest Level 52.

First it’s important to note that the higher the level you are the more cash you’ll get for your donuts.  Here’s the breakout at Level 52:

Tapped_Out_Grind_Pack_1 – $12,250 will cost you 9 Donuts

Tapped_Out_Grind_Pack_2– $61,250 will cost you 30 Donuts

Tapped_Out_Grind_Pack_3 – $147,000 will cost you 65 Donuts

Tapped_Out_Grind_Pack_4 -$245,000 will cost you 100 donuts

Tapped_Out_Grind_Pack_5 – $735,000 will cost you 285 Donuts

Tapped_Out_Grind_Pack_6 – $1,470,000 will cost you 550 Donuts

Tapped_Out_Grind_Pack_7 $2,940,000 will cost you 1,000 Donuts

Money Safe 1600 Donuts to Cash$4,900,000 will cost you 1600 Donuts

Again this will vary depending on your level.  The above numbers reflect it if you’re on Level 52.  As you increase your level over level 9 you’ll start to increase the payout for each one.  We won’t go into too much detail with this because we honestly do not encourage you to do this in your games. It is a waste. Do not spend donuts for in game cash…it’s just not worth it (at any level).

Now for that one thing we will continually keep reminding you to check 😉

CONFIRM DONUT SPENDdonut-loadingAnd of course, your constant reminder (as we ALWAYS get comments on this)…check that Confirm Donut Spend. NO ONE wants to lose donuts on accidental sped up tasks or purchases. The new menu, you will find this in any menu by tapping the cog wheel in the top right corner. (You can also reset your sound from here.)

Off

Confirm Donut Notification and Sound Volume

ON

Confirm Donut Spend

Got some technical issues from the new update that we were unable to help with? Try the usual Basic Troubleshooting, and if you need more help…contact EA.

So there are a few random changes. I am still looking to see if anything more pops ups. I will update this post if I do. What do you think of the new stuff? Any changes you see that we have not listed? Let us know.

A well written article that I hope fellow Tappers take the time to read
Thank you for taking the time to publish it (happy tapping) 🙂

  2. EADS doesn’t live low level player, Do they?!? First the thing witch Mrs K. and now less clones. I was able to get Mrs K. live 12 hrs ahead of the storyline (Lucky me, I know others aren’t that happy). But I don’t see howard I should be able to produce the Farmer Market and Gas and Grup with less clones. Don’t have enough characters to go for event currency. Will there be Jobs for event currency for Marge etc. in Act 3?

  3. Friendship Level Reset to Level 1
Not sure if the upgrade to level 52 had anything to do w/ this or not, but my friendship level reset to level 1. It still says that I’ve received all prizes and they remain in my town, but when I visit friends I receive FP and a nominal amount of cash. Has this happened to anyone else? Did not see anything on EA Help site about this so appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

    • I would contact EA on this one. See if they can restore it back for you.

    • This happened to me last weekend. I contacted ea and was told it was very unusual. It took them 4 days to have it fixed, but it did get fixed! They even threw 20 donuts my way for the inconvenience

  4. Argh. I’m late to this comment thread, so Im not sure if anyone will respond. I’m sure there are people out there more obsessed with this game than I am, so they might have this bit of info:

Does anyone know roughly how long it is in between level updates from EA? I know there isn’t a set time of how often they release new content, so I’m looking for just an estimate, or even a pattern!

It happens to me almost every time! I try my play my game a few levels back so that I can take advantage of the multipliers. But then I get bored and purchase something to add more content, and then Boom! Next day, level update and I miss out lol it’s happened three times now. Happened just this time again when I purchased house of pancakes.

Anyway, any bit of info will help. Even if I am a level 52 player, I’m still fairly new, and freemium, so money doesn’t flow so easily. And I swear, the day of that they changed the pricing scheme of the houses, I was going to build myself a small farm of pink houses.

Oh EA, how you scorn me! 😛

    • Sometimes it’s 2 weeks…sometimes it’s a month. Usually no longer than a month and a half.

    • Billy Bo Bob

Also, most level updates are in the middle of the week. Wednesday most often, Thursday second most often. Friday and Tuesday are rarer but not unheard of. Never happened on a Saturday or Sunday (yet).

  5. Does the ZiffCorp sign change its price as well, or just the building?

  6. willielikesthat

On a different side note, Mystery Box now has granted me Lard Lad Donuts!!
    Woohoo!!
In the past month, that’s now Blue-haired Lawyer, 30 donuts, and Lard Lad Donuts from the Mystery Box.
For you new players, it’s only taken me 18 months since I started to play….to get some good stuff from the Mystery Box.

    • Northerngrafgirl

Also getting good luck after 18 months of play! BHL, 30 donuts, Kearney and the Itchy and Scratchy billboard! Feeling lucky! Hoping for Lard Lad soon too!

  7. I’m glad more characters got voices in this update, I just wish Milhouse had a voice. My favorite regular recurring character and he doesn’t have a voice… all these levels later and still no voice.
