Level 53 hit our devices last week, to the surprise of a few of us. And the all new level brought a whole lotta pink to Springfield! Level 53 marks the arrive of Malibu Stacy in town, complete with her dream house and everything! Now I know you may be trying to decide if this is worth YOUR donuts, but don’t sweat it! We’re here to tell you what’s worth the donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add Stacy’s Dream House to YOUR Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this Pink Mansion to YOUR Springfield!
Building/Decoration: Stacy’s Dream House
Donut Price: 55 donuts
Earns: $175, 20xp/6hrs
Conform-O-Meter: Indolence +10
Size: 6×10
Level Requirement: Must be at Level 53, unless offered Early Access when the update first hit
Pros:
-Will unlock 2 additional tasks for Stacy, if you’ve purchased her.
-Animated when in use, looks like a maid is dusting in the upper center windows
-Another mansion for Springfield
Cons:
-Requires you to purchase Stacy to get any use out of it
-No questline associated with it
-Only impacts indolence, which can be improved by purchasing houses for in game cash.
Final Thought:
Premium or Freemium:
It’s pretty simple…don’t purchase this unless you’ve purchased Stacy. Otherwise it’s completely useless.
If you’ve purchased Stacy, only grab the mansion if you really want it to complete your collection or if you think you’ll get use out of her 6 and 10hr tasks (both are indoor). Otherwise this may be something you want to pass on…
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would/wouldn’t do…and I can tell you I will most likely be passing on this one. However, this is NOT a Limited-Time Item so take your time with your thought process. Stacy will still be there in a few weeks. So if you’re on the fence or worried about saving up your donuts relax..there’s no rush to get it.

I bought this for my mansion row a couple of days ago, but today was the first time I had a chance to add any landscaping around it. What do you know? All those Easter fences and cotton candy trees are a perfect complement to Stacy’s Dream House.
I purchased all of the pretty pink pieces because I am a girl and like girly things and it adds color to Springfield.. but just now reading other post on here, about moving the house to the “mansion area” did I realize I am on my last row of property…………….Oh Now I understand why so many are asking for more property..so add me to the list……… More property please EA. Otherwise our mansion areas may become no bigger than the blue/brown houses property……..
Bought this right away because I’m a huge girl and a sucker for anything pink. Freemium player and never really see any premium items that really interest me. Wish I would’ve held off. I want the twonicorn but now only have 47 donuts left. Boooo-urns 😒
I have no desire for Stacy HQ and thought I’d pass on this too but finally inspiration struck tying all my free floating pink and orange structures together in this one gated community. It made for some strange bedfellows: Stacy, the Lovejoy’s, & Matt Groening alongside Sanjay, Don Vittorio and Burn’s state prison but c’est la TSTO!
How about an update to the Addicts’ top 10 premium buys? A lot of stuff has come out in the past year and a half since that post.
Yea…the problem is I think we all still have the same top 10 lol (unless it’s limited-time stuff)
I’m tempted by this. I still have land available to purchase, so I’m slowly buying and moving stuff around, and I think I need some padding to my residential area that isn’t more blue/brown houses. I also find 6 and 10hr tasks really useful personally, so I’ll be giving it some thought once my redesign gets underway.
I buy it and i dont have stacy. Despite the fact that im a man the buildng is really beautifull !!! I buy because of its colors… its different of the others… i recomend it
I bought it right away, I just wish it had a frisbee in the front yard. That would have made it perfect.
Love the Malibu Stacy update but I’m officially out of land. If EA wants me to spend more money, they’ll have to do some upgrading first.
I bought the HQ that came with Stacy, but I think this is a pass for me at this time, it’ll go on my “maybe some day” list, but really my SF already has plenty of mansions. Heh.

Help! I stored my monsarno institute and now it has disappeared! How do I get it back?
Check your entire inventory to ensure it’s not there. Sometimes it’s just hiding in your inventory. If you still can’t find it contact EA and let them know, they’ll be able to restore it for you.
Ahh it was hiding! It hadn’t been sorted into buildings or decorations it was just in the main inventory page. Sorry 😄
I dont know why I did it. I didnt want it. I had just enough donuts to buy it, and thought, WTH, why not… Then I did. Silly me, now if they do a Monorail update, I will have to sell stuff to buy itunes vouchers….
6-hour and 10-hour talks aren’t biggies for me…too bad this building doesn’t come with a good multiplier instead of an income, because then I might consider it, even without Stacy!
I got it right away. It brings color to my town and looks so nice. I will be getting the HQ as well
Meh… I’ll get there soon enough (L50 right now) and my last early access premium (Coach BOMBARDMENT!) was a dud once his quest line was over.
