Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
Are you ready for some Tap Ball!? Tap Ball is the newest sensation sweeping the streets of Springfield. A game invented by our very own Homer J Simpson! In the Third “Act” of the Tap Ball Event you’ll unlock Ballet Ralph, Testosterzone and continue to challenge your friends and neighbors to some friendly Tap Ball competitions!
This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the Third Act you’re tasked with collecting Pennants (
) to unlock each prize! The Third Act 3 prize awarded at 26,300 is Ballet Ralph.
So let’s take a closer look at this dancing Wiggum and just what happens when you unlock him in your Springfield.
Once you’ve collected 26,300 you’ll automatically be awarded Ballet Ralph and you’ll see this message popup:
As long as you’ve reached Level 26 and unlocked Ralph, you’ll automatically unlock this costume and Ralph will become Ballet Ralph…
And Ballet Ralph is part of the Sporty Wannabes Character collection:
As long as you’ve unlocked Ralph, you can immediately start using him to play Tap Ball. You’ll find him on your roster of players when you start a new game.

When you unlock crazy cat lady under daily prizes do you unlock a new outfit for her or merely the opportunity to use her as a tap ball player?

Oh, good, like Lugash. That means I can continue to save my donuts for Tatum’s outfit. It’s bad enough as is I had to spend the 150 I already had on Jasper. After that it was back to square one.
Ballet Ralph = sending Ralphie Wiggum in his Ballet outfit on Quests is very lol-worthy (will Springfield get a Dance Studio next?) 🙂

It’s just a shame he came to the party so late. It seems daft to create those animations (brilliant animations too) and they’re only going to be around 3 or 4 days. Oh well, I’ll enjoy them while they’re around – at least it’s the weekend so I can properly enjoy them.
I also noticed a decrease in fans all week. I’ll get a notice saying my town is full, but there might be only 15 fans!
Ralph’s quest not started, from unlocking him three days ago. At level 42 but don’t have Krustyland so can’t try that.
Can’t be bothered to contact EA so will wait it out and see if they fix it as it seems to be a common glitch.

Done all that. I do have a lot of started but unfinished quests, possible that one of those is holding it up. Maybe Kung Fu comic book guy as that is tapball related, maybe just some random thing.
I contacted EA about this. All they told me was finish the other items in my task book. However none of the non tap ball tasks will be finished before the event ends. So disappointed. I definitely won’t be giving ea any more money.
The questline for ballet Ralph won’t start, I had wiggum and ralph free and nothing came up. I also only have two tasks for ballet Ralph to practice tap ball and a 24hr task.
Try going to krustyland and back to springfield. If that doesn’t work contact EA
So I had to let EA roll my game back in order to fix Ballet Ralph’s stalled questline 🙁
Now I have to EARN HIM ALL OVER AGAIN. GoshIHopeItWorks…
However, they did compensate me with donuts. The supervisors said I could have 20. And I did get 20 donuts. XD
O_O It. Didn’t. Work.
I spent over an hour troubleshooting w/EA last night. They rolled back my game to before I unlocked Ballet Ralph (which was before the 24hr championship game task, too). I earned him again, everyone but 4 tap ball players are free, no Ralph questline. Visited krustyland & neighbors, new glitches (!), but no questline. :c
Now what? Give up on it? Definitely not getting the new grandpa skin now…
It’ll probably trigger after the event ends….or you could just have too many tasks in your task bar so it can’t trigger.
Idk, maybe. I’d just cleared two task bar items right before it happened…working on re-doing those now (& daily training, & personal prizes, &c). I’m just gonna ignore it & keep doing my thing. While mumbling ~at the top of my voice~ IT’S JUST A GAME…IT’S JUST A GAME…IT’S JUST A GAME…
PS anyone else have the background of the loading screen go black? It’s unsettling.
Oy. Thanks for sharing your experience. My Ballet Ralph is mucked up, too. But, knowing that the only solution seems to be “rolling back”…that just doesn’t make sense during a time-limited event. And, now, seeing that rolling back did crap-all…. I guess I’m living with a half-usable Ballet Ralph. Unless event-end fixes it, or a future patch. =(
I’ve seen a sharp decrease in fans…. I went from ahead 3000 pennants to not sure I’ll get the statue….. 🙁

Why, oh why, would they make such a wonderful animation as Ballet Ralph’s “sumbersaults” and not make that a permanent task? Seems like such a waste. 🙁
(It’s particular amusing that they’re not somersaults at all and that he rolls around the whole town doing them!)
Oh, boo 🙁 I came to say how much I’m loving Ralph sumbersaulting all over the place…and Spin All Day will be indoors? Double boo. But maybe the ticket tasks will become regular tasks once the event is over?
I’m happy with the event now that I have ballet Ralph, if I get the Homer statue I get it, if I don’t, I don’t.
Those tasks probably will be permanent. I think that only the practice tap ball has a possibility of disappearing. Otherwise, Kung Fu CBG would only have one or two tasks in his task list. They will just earn money after the event
So as long as I don’t send Ralph to the recital, Wiggum gets a permanent 12-hr amateur buck-earning task. Awesome 🙂

Hi! Anyone else having a problem with their clay stadium skin? I bought it and seem to be unable to switch it over to that look?
Tap on the Stadium Entrance, it should show the toggle screen where you can switch back and forth…similar to christmas lights on houses.

I actually purchased it and did NOT get it. No option to change it on the Stadium Entrance, and it remains available in the store. I contacted EA and they said they would refund the 50 donuts within 24 hours. Good thing you really got it, and didn’t have to contact them.
Just realized if you hold off sending Ralph to dance recital you can keep sending Wiggum on the buck earning task. D’oh!!
I’m having the same issue with the Ralph quest not starting. I’ve tried going to Krustyland and back with no luck.
What level are you currently on?
I tried the going to krustyland. Still no luck. I am level 40.
Could be something else at this point. I would try contacting EA let them know what’s going on, could be a bug with your game.
The same has been happening for me since I unlocked ballet Ralph two days ago. I am on level 52 by the way
I have the same problem. Do I have to complete all other quests before this one starts? I’m level 33, have both Wiggums.
Plus, Ralph only has 2 tasks available. He can Practice Tapball and a 24 task. I had 3 tasks when I first got him, but now it’s gone.
Oh, and I went to KLand and Friends and logged out and in again.

Yay! This is my 9th tap ball player. Finally I can bench Milhouse who has not won a match un-toniced yet. Sit down you blue haired goof ball! 😛
I’ve been saving all my brain tonics and have now upgraded all my players to 5* should I just start using the tonics against other 5* players to win games or strategy wise should I wait to save in case they’re needed in the final days of the event? (I have about 65/70 tonics) Thanks for the advise!
I don’t think it matters when you use them, if you wanna use them now go for it…
My Ralph quest won’t start. I’ve had both Wiggums free at the same time.

Since this last update and getting Ballet Raph I have been doing just that, Going to KrustyLand and Back to Springfeild frequently (it works, prompts the next step). I wish there was some sort of Frequent Flyer Miles rewards or something.
there always seems to be a level upgrade, glitches and maybe a week later a patch. Then peace, then a new update and it becomes a continuum.
Somersaulting Ralph is my new favorite animation.
I completely agree, it actually made me LOL which is a term that I hate using!
