I can’t find some of the characters that I have won. I got the skins to the boxer and Jasper, in my inventory, but not to crazy cat lady and the sport teacher in red. Why have they not gone to my box of stuff to use later on when I might buy them??
Because they’re not skins, nor did you win anything for either of them. It just unlocks the ability for them to play Tap Ball. If you don’t already own them (ie if you didn’t spend the donuts to bring them to your town as premium characters) there’s nothing to win on those days, just the time bonus for currency.
I should unlock CBG right before the event ends. will I still go thru his questline? do I need to go thru the questline to get his tasks?
You’ll still go through it. The tap ball tasks should automatically be unlocked, but you’ll have to complete the questline to finish unlocking all his tasks
Kung fu Comic Book Guy = my favorite Character Skin in Tap Ball (and yes, the dialog during the Quest is rather amusing). We need a Martial Arts Dojo now in Springfield! 🙂
