Should I Spend Donuts on Herb Powell’s Mansion?

Level 55 hit our devices last week and with it a home for Unky Herb!   Now I know you may be trying to decide if this is worth YOUR donuts, but don’t sweat it!  We’re here to tell you what’s worth the donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Wondering if you should add Powell Mansion to YOUR Springfield?  Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this CEOs house to YOUR Springfield!

Building/Decoration: Powell Mansion
Donut Price: 120 donuts
Earns: $300, 30xp/12hrs
Conform-O-Meter: Indolence +10
Size: 8×14
Level Requirement: Must be at Level 55, unless offered Early Access when the update first hit

Pros:
-Comes with a short quest line for Herb
-Animated when in use, the gate opens and the sprinkler goes off
-Unlocks a permanent 10hr task for Herb (to Watch Cartoons)
-Looks nice

Cons:
-Expensive for what it is/does
-Huge, it’s another massive mansion to try and fit into Springfield
-Only comes with a task for Herb, so if you don’t buy Herb it’s useless

Final Thought:
Premium Take:
This one is a tossup in my opinion.  It’s one of those items that if you like you’re going to get.  I don’t think it’s a “must buy” by any means, and it is something you can pass on.  So this is one of those times where I’m going to say if you like it, get it and if you think you can live without it…save your donuts.

Freemium Take:
Freemium players it’d pass on this one.  It’s overpriced for what it is/does, and I think your 120 donuts are better spent on character/building combos.

Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would/wouldn’t do…and I can tell you I’m debating this one.  I have the perfect spot in town for it, but not sure if I want to spend the donuts.  So this is one I’m going to sit on for awhile and see how I feel down the road.    However, this is NOT a Limited-Time Item so take your time with your thought process.  The Mansion will still be there in a few weeks.  So if you’re on the fence or worried about saving up your donuts relax..there’s no rush to get it.
