Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

The Springfield Heights expansion has hit Springfield!  And of course you know an all new expansion means all new premium items!  Now I know you may be trying to decide if the Springfield Heights items are worth YOUR donuts, but don’t sweat it!  We’re here to tell you what’s worth the donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Wondering if you should add the Health Spa to YOUR Springfield?  Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this mud bath for the rich to YOUR Springfield!

-Earns a ton of Real Estate Points when purchased
-One of the rare items from Springfield Heights to earn money/xp
-Fun looking building, works well on the beach

Cons:
-No questline associated with it
-No characters currently interact with it
-Insanely expensive for what it is/does.

Final Thought:
Premium:
Personally, unless you have some crazy love of how this building looks, I think this is a premium pass.  Even though it earns income, in my mind it’s basically a decoration.  It just sits there.  Sure it earns a ton of Real Estate points, but you can earn the same for free from any of the upgrade-able buildings.

Freemium:
Stay away from it.  Stay far, far away.  I know it’s tempting because it’s shiny and it’s new, but when those donuts are hard to come by…this just isn’t the kind of item you want to drop them on.  Complete freemium pass in my mind.

Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would/wouldn’t do…and I can tell you I will be passing on this one.    Just remember this IS limited-time and will leave the stores on August 4th.  So if you’re thinking about getting it, or are on the fence, make sure you make up your mind before August 4th when it’s gone!

Note from Alissa: The Keyword that was on this post earlier is NOT the Keyword for today.  It was an error on my part…blame it on the pregnancy brain.  Or the fact that the Yankees are really ticking me off right now.  In either event it was a mistake and NOT the word for today.  Please look for the correct Keyword from Bunny later today.

I love being able to search for returning items in Gil’s Deal that you guys have already done the “SIB/SISDO”‘s on 😊😊😊

What would we do without you guys?!?
    😘😘😘😘😘

  2. I’m now having a problem with my store after I hit the 100,000,000.00 the store disappeared. Now I can no longe get other Items I wanted. Is anyone having this problem as well? What I did was but 10 buildings and upgraded them to get the value up as quick as possible with out buying any of the little items, it took time and was very hard not to spend my money on other things. But now I can’t buy any thing!!! Do they remove the store when u hit the 100,000,000.00 mark?

  3. I loved this building when I saw it in Other Spingfield. I think it’s over priced for what it is but I bought it anyway because I love it :-/

  4. sorty if this isn’t the correct spot for this… Does anyone else have the glitch where you have all 6 characters making yoga mats and you still have the floating icon telling you to click on LA Body Works?

    • Yes… it has to do with them switching Fat Tony for Snake for tasks. It’ll disappear when you send Tony on a task. Hopefully they fix it soon.

  5. Hi addicts! I am back from a short break camping and Lego land two day pass AWESOME! …did you miss me lol xhugsx

Guess I’ve missed alot here got some serious catching up to do…

  6. Hi. I don’t want to be “that guy” but TODAY’S KEYWORD is the same as yesterday’s… am i missing something or was that by design?

    • No it was a mistake. That’s what happens when you write a post late at night a copy the format over from a previous post…you miss things like that. That is NOT today’s keyword and has since been removed. Another one will be up later.

      • No harm no foul 🙂
Yankees… it can get aggravating being a fan, i know. But at least you are not a Knicks fan 🙁

        • Yes…that’s one bright spot I can’t stand NBA basketball. (although I’ll watch college if my hubby has it on) Just annoyed this trade deadline…losing out on too many good pitchers (that they desperately need). But like I say to my husband…could be worse i could be a Phillies fan 😉 (he by the way is a Phillies fan)

  7. I find the Stomach Staple Center fits much better than this in Springfield Heights as a plastic surgery. Sadly, the Stomach Staple Center probably won’t make a return, unless for donuts.

I think EA hit the mark with the design on this one, but missed the mark on the pricing. Sure, they’ll get some purchases from completions, but I’ll bet if they’d made it expensive, but not THAT expensive (say, 100 donuts), they’d get more non-completionists to purchase it, too.

For me, this will just have to be one of those items that I’ll admire and envy in other people’s towns.

    • I agree, I love the building but way too many donuts for what it is. When I saw it in Other Springfield I really wanted it but willing to pass on it at that price.

  9. I like it, I got it. Cause I don’t have the space yet, it is just sitting there for now. Might go well with the cactus patches.

I just want to know, when will Springfield Heights be fixed? I can’t get more than 22 pills in the Pharmacy, then it drops to 18. This been going on for several days, now. Before it was one of the other buildings giving trouble. This needs to be fixed, if you going to be fair to your players. I tried every way to contact EA support through troubleshooting, it’s impossible. I would need them to call me, please. ****

    • If you need EA to call you…THIS is not the place to have that done. I don’t recommend putting your phone number in the comments section of ANY website. EVER.

We’re NOT EA. We cannot solve issues like this. You need to contact EA. Go to their website fill out the Contact Us form, from there there will be a call me option. Check on that and put your phone number in. Someone from EA will call you back.

Here’s the link for the contact Us section

Are you sure you’re not creating any award statues? Those cost pills to make, so maybe that’s what’s happening?

  11. As I am approaching SH endgame, some observations. Some buildings are easier to upgrade than others. The business centres are esp. profitable at over 30 RE points for the last two levels. If you do the last three levels together, that is almost enough time to generate enough statues with just Bumblebee Man. Other buildings require 75-125 units of various items in the final upgrades. Try doing those while doing something else while watching TV as craft generation gets long and boring otherwise. The craft items in most demand are pharma and statues due to the length of time it takes to generate them and yoga mats because the large quantities demanded by some upgrades and a medium production time. Telephones mostly sit maxed out as there is little to spend them on. Coffees are about right in quantity, or perhaps slightly overproduced due to a lack of things to buy with them, Lastly furniture is fast and easy to generate, but there are a lot of items to craft with it, some expensive. So if you are crafting 100 gold fancy palms, they can be in short supply. If you are crafting just cheap items or only in small quantities, there are plenty. It looks like I will have plenty of upgrades available after I reach 1bn, so I would not worry too much about leaving some of the buildings without all of their upgrades. I would set those buildings you do not want to upgrade completely to one side and see how many ou can keep at the 1bn mark. The nice thing about the glitch other people are having is that the level 1 replacements in storage mean that they can go back and upgrade to whatever level they like without worrying about RE points. One thing I wish I knew was whether the entrance point will return to the centre of old Springfield after the next event, or if the mountains have become the default entrance point. Kind of hard to design Springfield without knowing what neighbours will see first when no event is progress.

    • How on earth have you almost finished this so quickly? I’m on just over 300 million RE points, and thought I was doing really well as I’m at least 100 million higher than any of my neighbours (except the one obvious hacker, who hit a billion on day 2). You must be playing nearly all day.

    • I must be doing something seriously wrong, because I’m nowhere near the end game. I’m thinking it will take me months to finish. How are you people doing this??.?.?

      • Sandra ShillI

I don’t think you’re necessarily supposed to be near “end game”… This isn’t meant to be played like an event, at least that’s how I’m taking it. There’s no hurry at all and I think it’s meant to last a long time, with new additions coming as time goes on, just like “regular” Springfield. Just think of yourself like you were when you were a TSTO newbie – it took a long time to get to the “top level” (unless you started playing when the game was brand new, I guess).

I can’t imagine how new TSTO players are going to deal with everything they have in front of them…regular Springfield levels, Squidport, Krustyland, and now, Springfield Heights! I remember putting off doing Squidport and Krustyland until the game forced me to…there was always so much else to do with “regular” Springfield and events and such. You really need to be in it for the long haul, I think, and not treat everything like you would an event or you’re gonna burn out.

At least that’s how I’m looking at it! 🙂

      • I just cleared $500M today. I did this by spending a lot of time on my tablet. I have not spent this much time on the game since I first started.

Just add 10 of each building. Once you hit the later levels the RE points come quickly. For example, level 5 of the modern mansion (one of the best buildings to upgrade) takes only 30 pills and 20 awards and gives you 21.2M RE points.

      • efficiency, knowing what takes the least amount to upgrade, but provides the most real estate, no point grinding for most of the day for a tiny payout which some of the buildings give, when you can grind for half that for double the real estate

    • You either don’t have a life outside this game, are cheating, or spending massive amounts of doughnuts. Which is it Sraige?

      • Bangles Dupree

Hey, be nice to people who don’t have a life outside this game! 😉 that’s why they call us addicts, LOL.
