I don’t need those ridiculous expensive premium building. I’ve reached 680 million. Those extra million in building value? Big deal!
Krusty’s mansion and Waverlely School just appeared in my inventory, 7 days limited. 150 each. They look nice, but so many donuts.
Nope, lots of donuts for buildings that do nothing. Not going for Krustys Mansion or Waverly Hills Elementary. But hit 1 billion Real Estate Points today – still have to add lvl 5 to all business centers and 3 Classic mansions.
I got them both but regret the plastic surgery center. The health spa was stupid expensive but it looks great in my Springfield and I love having it and loved the episode. The plastic surgery center is just meh.
BUT I got my FIFTH Lard Lad out of the mystery box a couple days ago so maybe my Springfielders could really use some lipo.
Yeah I’ll pass. Those are some major ripoffs. No way I’m spending 150 donuts for a damn building that does nothing. Is it me or is EA making the new premium items just more and more expensive?
Stop showing pictures of the spa! It would look soooo nice in my SH, but the price is just ridiculous!
When I max out at build at its top level i put in storage and put a new level 1 building back in sh. I cruising along at 350 million. But l must say its pretty tedius. Im hoping they give more characters to use in sh because the 1 or 2 for one ratio doesn’t payout enough mats or coffee cups…BTW I only use bumblebee man for medals…that gives me more than I need
Does this mean that new Springfield Heights stuff is coming tomorrow? I like this expansion, but I was looking forward to spending more time in regular old Springfield. My fingers are crossed, however, that Phoney McRingRing might make an appearance.

There isn’t enough land in Springfield Heights for any premium buildings.
There’s tons of room in Springfield Heights… once you have built each of the mansions, you can put them into storage and it won’t affect your Real Estate value. I’ve built everything I can, I’m now just keeping one of each out (apart from my classic mansions – which I’ve made a gated comminuty out of) and then when it gets to level 5, storing it and swapping it for a low level one.
I’ve moved all my mansions (Burns, Krusty, Stacy’s Dream House, Powell, Fat Tony, Italian Villa… etc plus the “posh” shops) into SH, I’ve got room left over and I still need to unlock 2 more land tiles (pills!)
EA has made my decision for me. After 12 days and four calls, I do not have access to my donuts. I see no way for them to make up this atrocious behavior. I am very discussed. It is like having $190 dollars in the bank and the banks saying, “You can’t have your money.”
Does anybody have any new ideas I can try to get back my donuts?
Best suggestion contact them again via call or chat. Try getting someone else…
This happened to me before so I actually had to go into my play store re-input my info and it triggered something so when I went back to Springfield I could use them hope it helps😊
my recommendation is to contact live chat and decline to mention any previous contact you had over the phone or otherwise. in other words, have them start a new ticket for you just like any other new complaint… believe it or not, i actually had an ea rep suggest i do this in the future, because providing a previously issued ticket will just get them to consult the records on that and give you the runaround like they appear to be doing. i’ve contacted ea for three separate issues since i started playing this game, and so far i’ve been successful receiving reimbursement every time. obviously i can’t say whether it will work for you as well, but to paraphrase what i wrote back in march during the brandine fiasco…
contact ea live chat and be polite with many thank yous, but go out of your way multiple times in the conversation to emphasize your frustration regarding the matter, and by all means don’t settle for letting a specialist contact you in a couple days. don’t be afraid to play the “others are getting them back immediately, why aren’t i” card when it comes to being reimbursed for the donuts you lost, as plenty of users on here and on ea’s own forums have reported receiving their donuts back right away, plus compensation for the inconvenience. tell them you are extremely disappointed and feel like you are being unfairly punished for spending real money on donuts. point out that spending further donuts on any other premium item is not an option, until at least ALL your donuts have been fully returned. impress upon them the significant amount of time/money/energy you’ve invested in this game in general, and that anything short of an immediate resolution before you conclude the live chat is not only unacceptable, but will seriously compromise whether you will ever spend real money on the game in the future. finally, let them know you are a grown ass man, and don’t appreciate them putting you in the awkward position of having to ask for your virtual donuts back, especially when you didn’t do anything other than update your game when it forced you to.
at this point, if they still haven’t reimbursed your missing donuts, tell them to go do something anatomically impossible. then open a new live chat with another rep and plead your case again.
Yes, I did finally go that route. I got my donuts in about 10 minutes.
I wish I would have done this 13 days ago.

I chose the health spa for reasons I can no longer remember. It’s sitting in my inventory due to lack of space but I will put it back eventually.
